Review 1：internet was good, but sometimes came and went, but in general was fine. The pool was okay but not too big. We went to the beach (10 min walk) anyways.
Review 2：We were two adults with two late teen kids. We wanted a place with space and their two bedroom apartment was perfect! Two bedrooms upstairs, a living room and kitchen downstairs. Quiet. Great location near food places. Very good breakfast.
Review 3：They prepared our room very late got the keys only at 2.40pm. Cleanliness is bad the housekeeping lady is rude she did not replenish our toothpaste and so past. She made a fuss to even change the towels.very dirtily clean the toilet..dust on the bed visible Quite far distance to junceylon about 20mins walk or more

Review 5：We paid for a pool view room expecting to be able to view the pool from our balcony but from 7 floors up you would need to dislocate your head to be able to view the pool. The rooms were looking very tired and there was poor water pressure for showering, if you were lucky you would have hot water. The breakfast was nothing special, the same food day after day. Being the busy period finding a table in the morning to have breakfast was a challenge. The strongest wins.

Review 19：Stuff was not friendly, 500 bat extra charge for a short guest visit, bad quality of food in the breakfast, garden view to workers houses, in check out even room was prepaid we were waiting 15 min in order to check if we did any damage in our room and if we used the mini bar. Review 40：Its my 4-th time to Thailand, this time was traveling with small kid, therefore paid many attention to hotels's details incl location, food, etc. Based on many positive feedbacks for Palmyra, finally decided to stay in this particular hotel and was really impressed by all it's good features such as perfect location (5 min food walk from the sea), quiet location from the road ( you can sleep well without being disturbed by car noise), seafood market (3 min) and overall experience by staff ( very kind, polite, helpfull and speak good English), breakfast with my choices for European people who can't eat spice food, clean room, cozy swimming pool. I would definitely recommend this hotel for staying especially with small kid. I also would like to thank all staff for making our holiday incredible feeling being at home)))Also this is good value for money:) Looking forward to visiting this hotel again!!!

A wonderful way to wake and then stroll down to the beach or shops, which were just around the corner. Loved the villa. Aircon was only upstairs (bedrooms) but it was able to keep the downstairs cool too - a home away from home! Will be back! Loved every minute of it.
Review 49：What makes the difference at this hotel is the staff, they were fantastic. Restaurant staff were exceptional with our grand children, the front desk staff were amazing with the kids and also were generally helpful with any need we had. We would certainly recommend staying here.

Room was spacious with a nice balcony. Very close to shops and restaurants and night life but still very quiet.

However, when we arried at the hotel on 22rd, the staff told us something needed to be fix in the family villa, and offered us only two cheap standard rooms with vouchers. We spoke to the manager on 23th, she said the turth is that the family villa is out of order. So the staff lied to us without apologize. Our advice is: do not book this hotel. 订家庭别墅的时候我们付了全款,等到的时候前台的工作人员骗我们说有东西要维修,只给了我们两间最便宜的标间和1000泰铢的餐劵就想打发我们走,而且没有任何道歉.第二天联系经理的时候才告诉我们是因为没有房间,还坚持说两间标间加起来价格跟家庭别墅差不多.我们非常不理解为什么付款了的房子会被别人入住.而且我们也填写了到店时间会比较晚,还EMAIL过他们说已经付款的事情.千万别定这间酒店.
Review 64：It only happened once but the plumbing for our toilet somehow stuffed up, but the maintenance guys fixed it quickly.
Review 65：The reception staff were amazing. All ways willing to go that extra mile and were very helpful with anything you needed. The girl who we booked all our trips through was also friendly and very professional. The pool/rooms very clean, room service was always thorough. Breakfast and dinner were always delicious.
