Review 1：Staff are pleasant, the hotel facade and foyer are great, but the place is falling apart at the seams.
Review 2：I had a five day booking, but on the day of my arrival the hotel's heating broke (it is - 35 degrees outside in Siberia at this time of year) so I shifted to a neighbouring hotel. After three days I was told that I could move in, but the water was running a rust brown. The rooms offered were small, pokey and smelly, so the offer was not taken up.
Review 3：Breakfast staff incredibly rude. Unwilling to assist with smallest request. Food items not replenished on buffet when empty. Dirty plates left on tables.
Review 4：Front desk staff were helpful. Studio room was very big and comfortable. Hotel walking distance from shopping mall, river and town centre.
Review 5：Apart from the fact that the hotel is pretty close to 130 District, the fancy bar-restaurant area of the city, you have to take a bit long walk to see tourist attractions in town.

Review 8：Anna on the desk in the morning wasn't very helpful in directions to the station and after pointing us the wrong way, when we asked her to get a taxi for us, she did not care about the urgency for which we needed it. Everything else, fantastic.
Review 9：Excellent location - easy to get to and from by public minivan - right outside the station and the hotel (check google maps for number). Comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Fantastic market right next door with delicious food.

Review 12：We had arranged transport from hotel to Khuzir on Olkhon Island, the hotel staff was unaware of how long it takes to get there (6 long, bumpy hours), also, we had prepurchased our return ticket and due to a miscommunication we did not have transportation back to Irkutsk. The problem had to be resolved by the hostel in Khuzir. The solution was positive, but we were quite nervous about not getting back to Irkutsk to catch a flight. The hotel staff is very competent, but you must do your own homework about your trip to Olkhon Island

Review 17：The staff was exceptionally nice and helped us out with many questions and even gave us a breakfast box when we had to leave before the kitchen was open. The rooms are comfortable and inviting. The fiyness center was also a welcome addition. The location is not perfect, but a 15 minute walk to the center or the 130th quarter.

Review 19：This hotel is located in the city center of Irlutuk and is just 3 minutes from the nearest tram station (Rynok Novy). A shopping center "Rynok Novy (New Market)" is next to the hotel and is good and open until 10 p.m. Breakfast of this hotel is quite nice.
Review 20：The room was on the second floor right above the restaurant, we stayed over weekends and all nights there were weddings, so it was impossible to sleep calm untill 2am. The room: The shower cap didn't work properly and the bath drain was working slow.

Reception staff is very amiable. The different kinds of cookies in hotel “Europe”. And also, Breakfast was included. The hotel was pleasant. I will come here again.
Review 55：Confirmation through booking.com wasn't confirmed in the hotel. Though it was done in an hour before our arrival. But there were empty room for us and the price wasn't increased. Poor breakfast.
