Review 2：There was a drug raid in the middle of the nite and trucks parked overnite next door so it was loud. No coffee in the room. Horrible stay

Review 4：It was a non smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom had a smell and I had to go buy pillows and cases because the bed do didn't look clean.

Review 11：This was the first time I have stayed in a Red Roof Inn and I'll never do it again. The room was cheap looking, the lady at the front desk was rude and the price was just as expensive as the better hotels. I also booked for two queen beds and the desk told me they have never had rooms with two queens.

Review 12：I liked the location close to the airport. I had to change flights on short notice and was able to make my re-scheduled flight out of Syracuse with no problem. Also easy to access several different highways from the area.

Review 14：I'm all for pet friendly places, but this place had two large dogs barking all night and growling at the window. You could smell pot coming from a few of the rooms, though they are all supposed to be non smoking.

Review 18：On my last day, many of the TV channels were out and not back until the next afternoon. The man at the front desk on the Thursday morning was rather grumpy and just told me that I had to pay for the extra day. He did not explain that my original time had been up until after I asked him why.

Review 19：I was very glad to see that there was no extra charge for the pets. I always try to be as neat as possible with them, but, like kids, nothing is perfect. The cleaning staff was great, remembered to close the door while cleaning.

Review 27：The only thing that was good there is the distance to I-90. It is easy to get there when you´re just driving through.

Review 28：I was locked out of room b/c of a faulty lock on my room door. It took almost 2hrs before the drunk maintenance lady showed up. All of the staff acted as if they could careless, including the general manager Tina (very nasty attitude & very rude).

Review 30：The size of the room was surprisingly small for a "King" room. So much so, that when I dropped something out of my luggage and stood up,a I hit my head on the shelf. Leaking toilet, floor was soaked. Noisy neighbors with a barking dog at 5 am until 6 am. Door sign said to double lock and bolt room shut. Was not aware that I was in a bad neighborhood.

Review 31：The location and price. And after a cool reception from the staff, they finally did give us $20 off for our leaky toilet, and gave us our complimentary water for being Red Roof members AFTER our stay. Not a good face for your company at that front desk.

Review 32：The toilet wouldn't flush properly. In one instance the water even flooded out from the toilet. Someone came to fix it but it was still pretty bad. The location is a bit sketchy and I didn't leave my room even once because the door opens directly to the outside instead of a hallway.

Review 34：All rooms have exterior entrances and I'm a big wuss so I was pretty frickin' cold by the time I found my room on the 3rd floor. Was too cold for key card to work so we had to return to the front desk. We received an upgrade but unfortunately, the upgrades were of no value to us (fridge/microwave) for this stay. Would suggest ground floor unit when weather is cold.

Review 37：We always enjoy staying at Red Roof when traveling with our dogs to shows. The flooring is pet friendly and we are almost always accommodated with a ground floor room. The rooms are smartly designed as well.

We called the office anda man came with clean sheets and asked us if we could change them, hesaid he was to busy to do it he was at the front desk and there were nomaids available at the time. I made a face at him and he did it himself.There was also cob webs in the corners of the room and the bed had dustall over it. The room had not been cleaned in a while. I don't thinkI will be going to a red roof Inn again.

Review 53：We had a problems with unlocking our room door from the outside. Pictures on the website showed a fridge and microwave in the room, we had neither. We didn't even have a coffee machine. We called front desk for one and he said that the rooms should have them and he would look into it. Couple of hours later we went to front desk to follow up on coffee machine and he said he hadn't had time to check, so he left us there while he went to check for one. He came back with a brand new one still in the box. Takes it out of the box, he's just about to give it to us and decides to call his manager and the manager says NO. So we decided to cut our stay shorter and he tells us because we booked through Bookings.com we had to call you first and then the manager would decide what to do. So we called bookings.com You were very helpfull and helped us out of one night. So the next morning we went to the front desk to get reimbursed as we paid cash they should give us cash back. The girl at the front desk got the manager and the manager insisted they didn't have enough cash to give us back that they would have to mail us a check. While she is talking to us the girl from the front desk is counting the money and had enough. I rate this hotel a big fat ZERO!!!!!!

Review 54：Not fair to say... the hotel was busy. It is a holiday week and it was a little crazy check in. I called to get directions and no one answered the phone.
