Review 1：My only issue had to do with my room. The window had a crack in it so my room was very cold at night even with the heater on and because of the crack I could hear everything outside.

Review 2：Kielly was amazing. She was so helpful snd super sweet. She needs a raise.

Review 4：Comfort of handicap room. The seat in tub was awesome. Housekeeping was attentive and thorough. Coffee was good. Everything was well maintained. They disclosed any upcoming problems ahead of time. ( the TV would be upgraded)

Review 5：Wifi was not free and you had to ask for it. When I asked the lady at the desk why I wasn't told about wifi at check-in she said "How are we supposed to know who wants wifi and who doesn't"

Review 7：This was a Handicap accessible room and the floor was still wet when we checked in at 5:30pm. Tub/shower combo is in no way shape or form handicap accessible at least not for the solo traveler. Lack of amenities for a handicap accessible room, like mini fridge and microwave.

Review 9：Service was horrible . I booked the room for 2 days on booking .com when I made it to motel 6 the lady at front desk told me they were all sold out . She said I reserved a smoking room even tho I don't even smoke . Very unprofessional since I paid for it i had no choice but to stay there since she wouldn't move me to a non smoking room . Both me and my wife couldn't sleep all night from horrible smell of smoke in the room and highway noise .

Review 11：Was not the motel 6 I booked. The staff was very rude supposed to have free internet had no internet! Motel 6 are just a bunch of bull will never say I want again!!!

Review 23：Staff gave me key to wrong room, entailing extra trips for me (i'm an amputee, walking is painful.) Also, the clerk at check in said it was company policy to make copies of our ID so that security would know who was legitimately booked. She assured me that the copies would be destroyed. On check out, not only was I informed they would just be filed, and not destroyed. The new clerk told me that the first clerk "did not say that" as they were trained differently. The second clerk was not present at the initial conversation. I will never go back to Motel 6.

Review 25：The stench of cigarette smoke was so strong that it smelled like somebody was in the room smoking next to me. Plus all my luggage ended up smelling like smoke.

Review 26：The wi fi access is very frustrating as you have to pay extra for it for every 24 hours and it is good only one device at a time. If you are working and need to use more than one device this is a big drawback. There were no kleenex boxes in the room. a minor annoyance. The light switches over the two beds don't have separate switches and you have to cycle through and turn both bright lights at the same time, which is annoying if another person is sleeping and suddenly gets a blast of bright light.

Review 33：Motel6 staff were very kind & went out of their way to move me from a "smoking room" to a "non-smoking" room. They were fully booked as we're all other hotels in the SeaTac area due to a Mariners game.

Review 34：There was two gals at check in. The one that helped us was very pleasant. The other one named chtistenea was rude and extremely ignorant to us. I will not go back or recommend strictly because of her attitude.

Review 37：When I first tried to check in, I was told to come back later, and they didn't have an actual time, they said because since all the rooms were booked housekeeping had to clean all of them...didn't make much sense, and given that when we came back there was a new staff member who had just started her shift and was being kept hopping, I kind of wonder if they were just telling everyone to come back after they got off work so they wouldn't have to check them in? But other than that, no problems at all.

Review 38：The employee that checked us in (Erica, I think?) was so friendly, and so were the rest of the staff that we encountered during our stay. The room was cute, tidy, and they kept it nice and clean. I love that they're pet friendly, and that they're tucked a little bit out of the way - not much traffic.

Review 43：Upon arrival after 5 pm our room was not ready. They checked for another, whitch wasn't as well - but they gave us key cards - room would be ready by 6. We went for dinner first, came back - the cards didn't work... Back to the front desk - new coding - back to the room - we opened the door and turned on the heels as the room smelled like an ashtray (we had asked for a non-smoking-room!). Back to the front desk again - after demanding refund they "found" us a really nice and newly renovated room. 3 people working at the front desk, but didn't seem to really know there doings. Plus: neither the pool nor the hot tub were open due to "problems". One of the reasons we booked there were these things...

Review 44：Next to the I5 is a bit noisy but with easy connection wherever you want to go. The room we finally got was nice, clean and spacious. But read what we did not like...

Review 45：The staff are not helpful and some times rude. The pool was forbiden although I see it working. The wifi was paid although ads say it's free. The room odor is unbarable. 20 mins far from the nearst bus stop.

Review 49：Well, since you could watch drug deals going down at the store next door, I guess I'd call the location lacking. Coupled with the fact that the A/C in the room did not work and there were no pillowcases in the room, and no one seemed to care that this was an issue for the duration of the stay, I'd have to say this is not my favorite Motel 6. I've stayed in others, specifically because of the price, knowing that the amenities would be what you pay for. But, I've never felt physically unsafe, worried about what I may be sleeping on, and so damn hot in a hotel room ever.

Review 53：Constant freeway permeating the living space all night long. A feeling that some guests might have been making the hotel a short-term home. That the police found it necessary to patrol this hotel.

Review 55：They misread my reservation and so at 10 PM I was almost stuck without a place to stay. Luckily they had one room available that was off the available list as it had been cleaned late. So nothing particularly wrong. Just FAIR all around.

Review 57：The room was not ready when we showed up for check in even though we called ahead to check and showed up 2 hours after our check in time. The toilets had an issue that was there before we arrived. When we asked for assistance we were given a used plunger in a plastic bag and a handful of towels and told to clean it up ourselves. We booked three non smoking rooms and the hotel had us down for smoking rooms. Even the non smoking rooms had ashtrays and reeked of cigarette smoke. The bedding had stains on it. This is the worst stay I have ever had anywhere. I was embarrassed that I brought a group here.

Review 58：Staff was rude and seemed like we were a huge hassle because they were changing shifts, however the person afterwards was very nice and helpful and treated us like guests.

Review 67：The room smelled like old, wet cigarettes. There were cigarette burns on the vanity, the bathtub and the toilet seat. The coverlet also had cigarette burns. And this was supposed to be a non-smoking room.

Check-in staff said there would be coffee available in the lobby at 6:00 a.m., however the morning staff had not unlock off the office by 6:30 when I checked out and room keys were returned through a security window on the side of the building.
