Review 1：The staff are all exceptionally friendly, the food is very good, rooms are very clean and there are lots of nice communal areas. We very much enjoyed staying at this welcoming hotel.

Review 19：We have waited for more than half an hour for our main course. We had a starter and soup in advance, but after skiing all day it was not enough. Especially for the kids it was an endless waitingn for food.

Review 20：- Small room- very small shower room - very dark shower room - we ordered a room with a bathroom, though only received a shower room. No action taken by staff to correct this issue - the 'wellness area' is actually just a sauna - Despite the hotel being clean, modern and stylish if a little basic I am not sure why it was so expensive. We stayed in Zermatt the week before and Klosters the week before that having two nights for the same price as one here in a much nicer hotel

Review 22：On our last day, a Sunday, we had to wait too long for our dinner to be served. The restaurant was half empty and there was only one waitress. The other minor thing we disliked was that we had to pay CHF 4 (£ 2.80) for the tap water which we had with our wine.

Review 23：Superb location, 100 metres from the gondola. Hotel is easily accessible from Zurich airport. Using public transport (train & gondola) we arrived in a bit more than an hour and a half. We praise this hotel as very well designed, maintained, clean and comfortable. It's a ski-in, ski-out hotel. Staff was polite and helpful.

Review 29：Hotel Cristal is perfectly situated for ski/snowboard holidays in Flumserberg (which is a lovely resort with plenty of intermediate slopes that kept us busy on our long weekend there) The staff couln't have been more helpful and the food was a good standard. The beds were comfortable and the light bedlinen and towels were pleasant. Overall we spent 3 great nights there.

Review 31：Without a doubt, one of the best hotels we have stayed in! The staff were so friendly and helpful at all times. The food on the half board deal was gourmet cuisine - truly delicious and they were happy to cater for my wife with gluten free meals. Good value for money - especially for Switzerland. Ski in / ski out capability too made it all very easy. Good clean modern rooms with beautiful views.
