Review 1：The rooms at the back may have been loud due to main road and big bar. However staying on the ocean front was superb just the sound of the ocean.

Review 5：The only bad thing i can think of is that they have no pool for kids, so i dont think i would go here with small children who cant swim. The ocean outside gets deep quickly so thats not really an option.

Review 6：Great location, close to shopping, close to the beach, good restaurants close by. The rooms were big and fresh. Many others have mentioned the doors to the balcony that has a gap between them even when closed and that was true for me too, but it wasn't something that bothered me. The staff was helpful and polite, and as long as you dont expect someone tending to you 24/7 you will be content. Overall im really happy with it and i would return again. And as long as you are not expecting a 4 star all inclusive kind of place i think you will be too.

Review 7：Over the years it seems that things break and are fixed poorly if at all it seems. Our room had a few issues to speak of, there was black mold all around the bathtub and on the ceiling above the shower head. We also had mold where there was moisture dripping out of the AC unit in the bedroom. The bathtub would leak all over the tile floor every time we had a shower because the tub wasn't close to level, causing a dangerous slipping hazard outside the bath room if you forgot to block the waters path from the bathroom. Beds are hard like a rock but can't really blame them cause all the beds I've stayed in are as well.

Review 8：We love the location of the resort have been going for 7 years now. Great restaurants just outside on the beach just seconds away. Rooms are quite spacious and modern. Just wish they would put more effort into the upkeep of the resort in this pristine location.

Review 9：the rooms were very spacious and clean and modern, the location was excellent, close to the centre of town, no motor bike is really required. The scenery around the complex was nice and quiet surrounded by coconut trees and the beach was well within view , staff were very friendly and helpful. Has a nice big swimming pool in front of the beach which is a very short walk away, and the choice of a few nice bars and restaurants to.

Review 10：Please don't expect any normal hotel services here. There is a reception desk, and the rooms are cleaned and serviced daily. That's it. It seems the got this hotel 90% finished and decided to open anyway.

Review 11：This place works more like a serviced apartment. There is minimal hotel 'service' as such. The Cocoe Beach Club at the front of the hotel on the beach is the best in all of Lamai. The pool is awesome as well. I would stay again any time. Great value for money.
