Review 1：Staff unfriendly,soda machines, elevator, outside knob broken, says no smoking maintenance smoking in bldg, free breakfast isn't free if you order from specific websites. Outdated!!!!!

Review 2：Everything!! The pictures are very deceiving...FALSE Advertising!!We immediately checked out after checking in and we stayed atanother hotel!

Review 9：Everything else. The first non-smoking room reeked of smoke. The next room was filthy. The whole night I worried about bugs in the bed. The carpet was nasty, the bathroom and tub looked as if it has never been properly cleaned. There was rust and grunge around the A/C intake. Part of the ceiling was buckled and peeled paint. The bed felt as if it were 20+ years old or picked up from a hotel that had thrown out all the old beds. If I could have gotten a refund, I would have slept in a box under a bridge and had a better night's sleep.

Review 11：Cockroaches in room, the water was not working for an hour at night, the abandoned cars out the back make it look a little dodgy and the cook at breakfast was rude, he just assumed that my wife was ordering for everyone and when I placed my order he wanted to charge me for it.

Review 12：The lie about running my card and it being denied so they can charge a50 dollar fee at check in. The first room did not have hot water. Thesecond room the carpet was sticky dirty, plumbing issues, the mattresswas so old it was sunk in in the middle. I had for got something in theroom and called back within an hour after check out, to find the itemhad disappeared. The staff was rude and no amount of money nor free willbring me back to this hotel. Oh and make a note, you cannot stay in thishotel without every person in the room having an id " just in casethe police come out, they have to know everyone staying in thehotel" . That alone tells you how bad this place is. I do notrecommend this hotel to anyone!!!!

Review 13：The fact that the jacuzzi hot tub by the pool worked even tho it isnasty dirty around the edge and needs serious cleaning.

Review 30：Dirty sheets, walls were dirty (bugs smashed of walls, lipstick or something red smeared across wall), lamps dirty, bathroom was questionable. Someone was shot outside in the parking lot the night we stayed there. This place needs alot of maintenance done. Housekeeping is NOT doing their job.

Review 32：The vending machine stole our money. But we did get some items. The pool table would keep the ball if you scratch. But the kids still played. The staff seem very apathetic about everything. The side we were on, you could hear traffic on the freeway, but that didn't bother us.

The hot breakfast(eggs, sausage, hash browns, toast, coffee and orange juice) everyday. Some days it was great and other days the eggs were runny, no sausage. Have to get there early. The room was relatively clean and very spacious.

Review 34：This place is filthy I think the staff is cooking meth they are very rude. The mist charge my credit card and tried to blame it on me then he held me hostage until they were able to correct the issue which took 6 hours. I went to get ice in there was no ice in the ice machine it was literally full of garbage then I checked the other for ice machines in the building and all of them were the same way. There are cockroaches we saw mice there were bloody bandaids in her bed it was absolutely disgusting hair all over the toilet hair all over the bath tub. One of the worst places I have ever paid to stay at

Triedto complain at desk but staff said I could wait until morning and speakwith the manager. Worst stay in any hotel we have ever encountered.Never again!!

Elevator hasn't been inspected since 2012 but ran smooth and has glass back. Pool table has no balls ate my money and so did 3 arcade games and another 2 did not work at all. Breakfast needs more drink options only orange juice and coffee. Manager walked up and put a guy not a guest in Tony of us to order breakfast. I'm guessing he was manager, maybe owner. Same guy seemed less than hospitable when told about pool table and games not working and balls missing. Pool has to much chlorine giving I it a cloudy appearance. Outside room doors do not unlock with room card. Beds sunken and old.day desk older lady very short and borderline rude but for the price and considering similar options, a good deal.my 5 year old loved it, though.

Review 45：It was my son's birthday vacation. He loved the atrium and pool/hot tub. The room was big and decore gave that old western high class vibe. Breakfast was good. Actual meal! No junk! Night desk employees nice and accomodating. Great location. If book online, good price. Would love to see this place taken care of and brought back to its former glory.

Review 46：You walk into the lobby and it smells like someone has been chain-smoking in it for the last 10 years. There was no pleasant smile with a "welcome" from the staff. We booked two rooms due to the fact we have 5 children and they were booked on separate floors. The beds were awful. In my room the beds were hard, and in my husband's room, the bed was sagging in in the middle as if it were a 15 year old mattress that never got flipped. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with children, allergies, or who expect to get a bed that will offer them a good night's sleep.

My only real complaint is the bed. I had a King Room and the bed sucked big time. Still, for $55 I consider it a good deal.

Review 54：Wonderful atrium and indoor pool. Didn't try the bar/lounge but it looked like a good one. Just a couple of miles down the road from the Big Texan Steak House, a "must see" in Amarillo. The room was okay. The cooked breakfast in the atrium was excellent.

We still couldn't turn jets on though. Made our eyes burn. Also the wifi only worked off and on. The king size bed was hard as a rock. The full size bed was ok. We stayed in room 100.

Review 79：People where smoking in non designated areas, needs lots of cosmetic work in rooms, pool area, and hot tub was not even warm and pool was cold. The rooms where not clean!! One of our rooms, the bed sunk in in the middle. Not a little but a lot!! The floors are stained with black substance all over the carpets, the curtains where falling down and had dust layered on them. One of our dressers was missing draws. Someone jumped above us and the heater sparked and came on by itself. The only thing saving my trip was the people I got to see.

I wouldn't have mind paying and I did but there is no need to be rude and then to not honor what your employee told me earlier that morning when I checked in. VERY RUDE MANAGEMENT!!! Review 101：An error in our reservation was noted upon our arrival but resolved. The room carpet was filthy with a large area that could have been anything from old blood to fecal matter or who knows what & frayed & torn in spots. The door to the outside had a lever lock that had been sloppily affixed, weather stripping loose & coming off the bottom, bathroom door had a hole apparently punched in it, the furnishings were shoddy & looked like they came from the dump. A number of handmade signs (on regular paper) were posted throughout indicating the hotel was a place where non-guests illegally used the facilities (pool, spa, etc.) Hallway between old section & new (?) was not clean, landscape in back non-existent. We weren't financially able to find another hotel & disappointed in what was advertised & looked to be a very nice facility.

Review 106：Now here is the real story. This was the worst place ever, I had avoided even writing this review, however I received a notice that this was my final chance. The pictures were very deceiving. If all your looking for are good pictures please just look. Upon arrival there where police removing a guest. Which should have been clue one. I proceeded on, when I got in the room it was worst than the rooms on Coming to America (its a shame what happen to that poor dog). The room had a front door and a back door (negative ghost rider). The outside knob to the back door which lead to an eerie parking lot was gone. The front door trimming had been replaced. How did I know, well because they didn't take the time to paint it, so it was a different color from the rest of the trim. There were stains in the bathroom sink where someone had been burning or putting out cigarettes. The ceiling was missing in the bathroom over the shower/tub btw that had a constant drip. There were stains on the mattresses, the furniture and the floor. I could not believe that the city hadn't coded this building for several violations. Now lets make our way to the ever so nice game room. Hahahah NOT! The games were ancient. You could barely see the screen. The pool table didn't have balls or sticks available. Where breakfast was served the tables look like visiting rooms on Sons of Anarchy. They were rectangle and could only seat two. I refused to eat or stay there. It really dampened my stay. It was more than a please to leave.

Review 114：As soon as I walked in to register for my room the smell of smoke hit me in the face. It turned out the manager was smoking inside his office! The pool was ice cold and the hot tub was even colder. The ceiling tiles above the pool were busted and hanging down. It looked like at any time they would fall right into the pool. My room was dirty and the carpet was sticky. The bed sat on a box spring and the box spring sat on the floor. The couch was all stained and smelled really bad. I HAD to take a shower what a joke. The hot water lasted 1.5 minutes then I had to turn the cold water all the way off and the hot all the way up and it was still cold. The towels were old , small, and stained. I slept with all of my clothes on and left as soon as I could. I did not eat the breakfast I can only imagine how horrible it was base on the hotels standard of high quality. At least my truck did not get broke into.

Review 116：Room was filthy! First thing my daughters sippy cup leaked some water on the sofa and when I grabbed a white towel to mop it up I noticed it was then brown. My 2 year olds bare feet were black after only 20 mins of running around the room the carpet was so bad. The back door to our room would only stayed closed with the flip lock as the door knob and dead bolt had all but fallen off. Door wouldn't even latch. Toilet had horrible urine stains around the seal on the floor and the sheets were just wadded up on the beds. I had booked two nights and needless to say we checked out first thing the next morning. We used to stay in this hotel at least a couple times a month and it was great years ago....but we will NEVER go back!!
