Review 1：The towels are old. We cannot reach the mall without going thru Bangla street which is not good for family. The hotel does not worth the money.

Review 3：The bad customer service. They have mentioned in our booking that the rate includes gala dinner during the new years eve but they insist that it was a mistake from booking.com and we lost our gala dinner and they did not even care!!

Review 5：The hotel charged me a whole other room because I only needed to adjust one day difference. Dispite my plea to be flexible and that we were still staying at this hotel, they were very dry in their customer service. That completely turned me off of staying with them again.

In Thailand we don't give 10 Baht tips!" I know 10 Baht is not a lot but I'm a foreigner tipping the 1st time here, read from online that tipping should be 10-20 Baht, and since we had 1 small luggage I thought 10 should be OK. Besides tipping is just a way of showing gratitude, I've been to hundreds of hotels around the world, this is the 1st time a staff actually told to my fact that my tip was too little for him to accept!! 2) breakfast selection and taste below average for the price 3) somehow bed linen felt kinda damp

Review 30：The great news that I was upgraded to Tower 2 (with lift) gave a good start to my stay at Kee. The staff, they were awesome, very helpful. I realised I did not take my Longchamp passport cover at the immigration when I needed to give the front desk my passport upon checking in. One of the staff told me that I can call the airport abt this. I asked for her help and she did just that, calling the airport, helping me till it was confirmed that my passport holder has been located. The room was awesome, clean and comfortable. I love the pool area! I could just laze by the pool the whole day. Kee is in a superb location. You can just walk back to the resort after partying at Bangla Road. To the beach is such a breeze from Kee. I will not think twice on coming back to The Kee Resort!

Review 31：We were staying in room 4305 on the 3rd floor and the bass from some of the surrounding night spots was mildly annoying. No preferencial rates for food or drink for guests staying at the hotel.

Overall not value for money at any stretch and way ocer rated.

Review 68：Cleanliness of room cleaning very poor, maintenance around resort non existant. Monotonous techno music immediately breakfast is finished plays all day around the pool and at a volume that makes it impossible to read or relax (this is supposed to be a resort). Unable to sit at swim up bar due to volume of music hence no money spent in hotel, we went out every afternoon to avoid noise. You could also hear it in the room, monotonous same thing every day. There appears to be no one in charge, staff seem to run the show as they like. Breakfast pretty much the same every day with only 2 dishes changed. Female staff in dining area good, all males very lazy, appear to be walking around and step over any spills or areas that need cleaning.

Review 69：1- the music noise coming from the swimming pool which started from 10am till 10pm almost I can't sleep. 2- you will be charged 1000 per day for any visitor no matter your room been booked as single or double... otherwise all good about this property

Review 72：I booked for a Deluxe room but it was on base floor and smells like sewer. I upgraded to a Deluxe room with Pool view with paying $140. Hotel is becoming little consumed and that could be seen from some room conditions and the bed was not to comfy.

Review 80：Internet is very poor. Constantly disconnected, Staff not very responsive either. I was dragging two huge luggages up the steps to the reception area and not one person came to assist. Everyone just stood watching when I was clearly struggling. Gave my laundry prior to specified time expecting it to be returned within the same day, but they couldn't find it and kept saying they had returned it already. They didn't believe it wasn't returned and sent someone to search my room to try to find it. Eventually after several more calls, I was told that it would be returned the next day. Also if you're going to get the hotel to book a taxi for you, make sure you ask around outside because we were being charged 300baht for a taxi to another hotel from taxis we hailed on the street but the hotel quoted us 500baht. When we told them we were only being charged 300baht, they reduced it to 400baht. Normally you expect to be charged a fair price when booking taxis from your hotel and not for the hotel staff to make a commission, but not this one.

Review 91：This is a great place to stay, so close to all the action at Bangla Rd but set back enough to be quiet. The rooftop bar is sensational as is the rooftop restaurant. The pool bar is also great! We stayed in a pool access room and loved it, but if you want it to be a little on the quieter side ask for one of the rooms away from the pool bar.

The location is amazing as one end opens at Bangla Road and the other at Beach Road 1 The pool and the pool bar was amazing and the staff there was excellent And there is a nice decent clean massage parlor right outside the hotel

However, since in Phuket, it is very commercialised and for every tour we had to sign up for tour with transfers, it does not really make a difference on the location. The hotel was new and comfortable. Even the lifts were air conditioned! The hotel allowed us early check-in when we reach around 10am which was very nice of them.

Review 100：Ordered room service, got food poisoning from Austrailian steak sandwich, I would advise against ordering food at this hotel (nausea and vomiting). As I should have learnt from the second night of my stay having dinner at the hotels restaurant where I found a green caterpillar in my basil beef stir fry. They did refund my meals.

Review 132：You are 10 seconds walk from bangla road road in fact I could see it from by room balcony. The noise from the road is absolutely crazy at night. we did not have any problem sleeping as we are deep sleepers but if you need a quite place to rest this isn't for you.we had booked a standard PLAZA room as all the previous reviews did say that this ones were the quitest rooms. When we checked in they told us with big smiles on their faces of how lucky we were as we had been upgraded to a Deluxe pool view room !!!! Wow it's sounds amazing right??? When night fell that was when we realised we had been put in the building closest to bangla road luckily for us we can sleep over any noise. If you are a light sleeper this will totally ruin your expirience.The hotel also had a huge mosquito problem this were the last 3 nights of a 3 week holiday in Thailand and were totally eaten a life by the Mosquitos while we slept , something unexpected as we had stayed in bungalows by the beach during our stay trough out Thailand so to get bitten like this in a 4 start hotel with AC was riduculous.To top feeling a bit cheated by the hotel after the " Upgadre " we then notice theEXTRA GUESS POLICY:Unlike normal hotels this hotel accepts extra guess that were not part of the initial checked in process at an extra charge.In two occasion as we sat in the lobby waiting for tours for periods of maximum 10 min each time you could see how make guest will walk in with a female the women will then hand in an ID to the receptionist then the male guest will pay the extra charge and then move onto his room. We saw this happened 6 time in a period of 20 min on 2 separate evening as we waited for transport to take us to diferent attrattions.

Review 133：The location was great for us as it was very close to everything we wanted to do in patong 2 minutes walk to the beach, 1 min walk to the main road with nice night markets and restaurants, 5 min walk to the big shopping centres. The staff were very helpfull and on point . the sky lounge and the food served was absolutely great a must go while in patong it has the best sunset views. HOWEVER THIS WERE THE ONLY GOOD POINTS.
