Review 1：floor were very dirty with black dust and seems from moping, had to wash my feet before bed after taking shower. maid came at about ten am with quick knock came right in even when i spoke out to her owner could have been little more friendly .didnt say much of anything

Review 4：The room didn't have a chair and it was hard to sit and read on thebed. The owner said they are going to renovate the motel and will bringchairs in each room. This wasn't something bad per see, butsomething I would have loved if it was there.
Review 5：The staff were great and the owner was very helpful even when I had tocut my trip in half and leave two days early, he was very helpful andcancelled the other two reserved nights without penalties.
Review 6：no chairs no dresser no coffee maker room was ok did have a huge water roach in bathroom one morning. we spent 8 nights so for and extended stay motel it could have been more accommodating. oh and no washer and dryer that was easily available to guest had to do laundry elsewhere.

Review 9：Room was quiet. AC worked fine. TV had multiple channels. Room had micro and small refrig. Hot shower, bathroom and area to hang clothes up.

Review 14：My bed was made up 2 times in a week. Therefore my linens were never changed. I was never able to access WiFi. It was Bother to forward my incoming calls. My towels would be replaced but the bathroom floor was not cleaned, neither was the toilet. Killed to big water roaches.

Review 18：Friendly staff, very helpful. Booking gave us a great deal on the room (we stayed in a double room for the price of a single.) Wood floors in the room were clean and felt cleaner than carpet. Overall cleanliness was good. There was a fridge and microwave.
Review 19：The room smelled like smoke. The employees didn't even speak English. I get we are close to Mexico, but I don't really care to mime that I need more towels (because the ones in the room were dirty when I arrived).

And the pillows were pretty small like throw pillows im glad i brought my own :) no real problem. It was kind of a hassle to find the place Montana is a busy street if you see the car lot you've gone too far!

Review 30：The El Paso Inn is clean, neat, recently refurbished, affordable, and in a great location. You can get anywhere in town in a few minutes it seems; easy access to airport is a plus if traveling by air, and many great authentic Mexican food restaurants nearby.
Review 31：The bed seemed like it was just folded over from when someone else stayed there. the towels had strange stains, including possible blood. The free wifi never worked. even after contacting the manager.It seems as if they were running a kebab food truck service out of the back of the inn, the truck was parked right behind me, and I could smell some sort of neither pleasant or unpleasant meat smell from the staff entrance. Just generally a very unclean sleeping accommodation.

Review 37：The owners of this facility spent a lot of money in the right place, refurbishing the rooms. This was the cleanest motel room I have seen in a long time. Superb value for the money. I will stay there again.

Review 39：Heater/Cooling worked great. Always a Fridge, TV. The bathroom amenities were trendy, clean and wonderful compared to some other motels that go for the same price. It is non-smoking, which was another plus for us. We traveled through el paso twice, and stayed here both times. Each time, we got more than what we paid.
