Review 1：Too many negative signs around the property Dont do this, dont do that. Some of it was just obvious Dealing to 1 percentage Also a list of strict rules emailed after booking.. bit off putting Would of been good to get these upon checking in

Review 5：The only negative would be a bit if noise from the room upstairs as in kids banging and playing around, but this wasn't really a big deal and didn't prevent a great night's sleep.
Review 6：The Cove is perfectly located right above the main beach in Yamba. Everything, including town is just a short walk down the hill. The pool is small but perfect to cool off in or have a bit of a dip if the beach weather isn't so great. The hot spa is perfect as the sun goes down. The one bedroom, garden view room was very generous in size and was immaculate. There were large balconies front and back and it was well equipped with everything you need. The property managers were extremely accommodating and very giving of their time. I loved it so much, I booked another night which they were more than happy to sort.
Review 7：The ocean view was fantastic and the kids loved the enclosed swimming pool and hot tub as well as being so close to the beach and within walking distance of some good eating places
Review 8：Our booking was made online for a 2 bedroom beachfront apartment and this was not available on arrival instead we were offered 2 back studio rooms, which was disappointing !

We also arrived earlier than expected and the staff were extremely helpful in contacting us as soon as the room was cleaned so we could check in earlier than intended.

Review 16：The listing by the property of having Foxtel and wi-fi was a little inaccurate. There were 5 Foxtel channels available and to take advantage of the wi-fi meant having to go to the back of the building in the bedroom when I would have liked the option of being able to access it from the main living area and balcony.
Review 17：The on-site managers were friendly and the apartment very clean. It was a great location across from Main Beach. We would return and stay at the Cove again.
Review 18：Attitude of the manager. When we arrived the room allocated was the futherest from the ocean and was probably the worst as far as position. I asked the manager if we could have an upgrade and was told because we used booking. com we couldn't as they take 12. 5percent I don't believe this was fair as I had paid top dollar and booked 3 months earlier. I will think twice before using your service again.

Review 20：The whole experience was excellent ! From a special request on booking to the late check out it was fantastic . Perfect position in Yamba . So close to everything . View is just stunning . Such a relaxing atmosphere . The unit is very spacious and well laid out . Bedrooms were very private as we were travelling with another couple . Gardens and pool area is very tidy and relaxing . After having a few visits to Yamba I have often passed The Cove and thought it looked nice . So glad we tried it as it was just perfect . We will be back . Thank you ! Frankie

Review 25：The apartment needed some maintenance and was not well fitted out. Design of building means that bedroom facing the pool area have bright lights shining in the apartment all night.

Review 27：When I arrived the person at the desk was on the phone and even though she saw me, she turned her back and didn't acknowledge me until she finished her call. It was a call to a staff member and I felt could have waited whilst she dealt with me as I was a customer

Review 29：We did not realise that this is a block of holiday flats until we arrived. They advertise that they have a restaurant which in fact is two doors away. At the time I booked, I requested a restaurant table, which they did not do. Neither air conditioner in the second unit worked.

Review 31：A group of 5 adults. The accommodation was very spacious and at no time did we feel that we were in each others way. Furniture and fittings very modern and comfortable.
Review 32：I felt the price a little expensive at $250. We were meeting family for the night and arrived early but couldn't get in till check in time. We had booked two rooms but could not be accommodated early in either even though it didn't appear heavily booked. Couldn't get wi fi in room 23a.

Review 36：The room. No lounge. The very small screen of the TV & the very high position of the TV on the wall. Two very uncomfortable chairs. Two beds in the room instead of one queen bed.

Review 38：The room was extremely loud. We could hear the water system running the whole entire night. The slams of doors were disturbing as well. We were woken about 3 - 4 times night from either the water system and general noise of the complex. The room was also not very clean at all. The carpets had stains on them and the tiles felt like there was sand on them. Very disappointed in the quality of the room. Considering this is 4 star hotel.

Review 54：The only toilet available in the unit was the cramped internal en-suite attached to the bedroom which had no mechanical ventilation with obvious consequences. The main "day" unit toilet had been locked along with the owners' bedroom so any visitor would need to go through the main bedroom.
Review 55：Unit 25 had a good view over rooftops to sea. Clean and spacious. Staff friendly and welcoming.
Review 56：Tap water is horrendous, not only tastes bad but smells bloody awful. Got told to use lockup for sporting goods (surf board etc) but then couldn't access it as another guests car prevented us opening the cage door. When we entered the room for the first time we also felt a lot of sand underfoot.

Cafe next door was friendly and we had a wonderfull breakfast there. Great walking options along rocks and beach. the owners Helen and Bruce were very friendly and helpfull and gave us plenty of information. We also had an upgrade. We would recommend stay at the Cove Yamba
