Review 1：When I called to book the room the lady told me she was just finishing her shift and couldn't help me. Told me if I wanted to make a reservation I would have to do it online.

Review 2：Upon arrival staff member informed me of a 50. 00 deposit. The focus was on payment and she had no written policy and no manager to confirm. She became rude and rushed to take payment. However they have not refunded the deposit 24 hours later.

Review 3：Room not particualy clean but the room did what we needed it to do. Included breakfast was a poor effort as well.

Review 4：Good location. Close to the Airport and they offer an excellent and easy to use free shuttle service. We arrived at 2am and we were promptly collected and again dropped off the following day.

Review 5：My group had 2 rooms. One of those rooms was unable to be opened, was locked from inside, a new room was requested. That room had not been opened for awhile and had a lot of large hanging cobwebs and a musty smell. The smell disappeared quickly. Old building, needs a good makeover, but was comfortable and mostly clean...stayed in much worse before...

Review 15：The hotel was close to the airport and the shuttle service was right on time! Not a resort, but a clean, comfortable room close to the airport that makes it easy to catch an early flight at the end of vacation.

Review 16：The floors were not vacuumed, The shower was full of hair, and even had old soap still in it. we put a towel down inside just to stand on to take a shower. Our friends in another room, had the same problems.

They have old fashioned crank shut glass vent windows that let some street/oudoor noise through but it wasn't that loud and we turned on the AC fan to cover up the noise.

Review 26：I had a conferemd reservation, when we arrived were told room would beready by 4 pm. We arrived at 3:58 and told room still not ready, andthat would beat least another hour. The desk clerk said "that theInternet had over booked". The only place that was available wasthe Best Western Exec, and thanks to a young man at Best Western, MyHandicap Wife were able to get a room for the night, at almost 3 timesthe orginal cost.

Review 27：I was not given the correct room that I booked and was told that they were sold out so I would just have to deal with having four people in a single queen bedroom. I asked for more blankets and pillows and was told they did not have any extra. The airport shuttle claimed to be 24hours, but when I called to let them know we needed a pickup at around 12am, we waited for an hour and half and they never came, even when we called two more times. The receptionist was extremely rude and raised her voice at me multiple times. The whole experience was terrible, uncomfortable, and extremely unprofessional.

Review 28：The shower would not turn on and at the same time the drain mechanism was not working. Room was poorly lite, the hand towel had smudges of lip stick on it. Owner of hotel was not very accommodating.

Review 29：The room smelled of smoke, or mold or both. The bathroom window was rigged to be locked, by 3 clothes hangers. There was no garbage can. Old everything. I paid $90.00 for a room that should be $50.00 tops, tax included. 1 queen bed.

Review 30：The hotel is literally 5 minutes from the airport. Their shuttle runs every 20 minutes. It had a casino across the street, a nice little water-park for kids about 1 street light away to the right, and a 7-ll and taco bell to the left, about the same distance.

Review 31：Carpet stained and dirty. Furnishings worn. Very basic cable TV. 1" gap between bottom of door and sill. A/C handled record high heat OK. For 2nd night stay, just remade the bed (same sheets) and one set of fresh towels. A lot cheaper than other are hotels for a reason. Will upgrade to better hotel for next visit.

Review 32：Free, 24/7 shuttle service from airport. We arrive very late, got up very early, and made all of our transportation connections! Great place to lay your head down, catch some zzzzs and move on to your next destination. Check in was quick, easy, and van service was prompt!

Smelled like smoke the knob was broke on the bathroom fan and was laying on the shelf. 30 cigarette bus garbage and more garbage laying in the flower planter in front of our room. Review 46：The shuttle driver was really nice. You call to get picked up at the Courtesy Bus Island, across the Skyway and down one level to 4 and they come within 10 minutes. In the morning it's every 20 minutes to the terminal. Easy. There is also a Denny's really nearby that is great. The room was clean and the bathroom was clean and nice.

Review 47：This place was disgusting, the bed was terrible and NOT queen sized. There were hairs all over the bathroom, the bed was stained, I felt gross and itchy the whole time and didn't want to touch anything or take my shoes off. DO NOT stay here!

Review 57：The room was very basic and the bed wasn't comfortable enough. It was very noisy having the plains and the motorway so close and not having windows that block the noise. Between that and the bed I found sleep difficult even after a 12 hours flight. The breakfast is too basic. The rooms are all outside at 2 levels, I was at the top level and I have a condition that means I can't carry heavy things, but I had to struggle carrying my big luggage up in the steep stairs as I could not find anyone to help or a lift, so people with disabilities make sure you ask for a low floor room! I think the room was not dirty but it was hard to tell because of the old and colourful carpet and the lack of light in the room (it was hard to see to read inside the room as bulbs were either not working or were not very bright, and only in lamps, not light in ceiling). Some sockets were out the wall too.

Review 58：It is close to the airport and they have a free shuttle available. There is a 7 eleven at walking distance. The receptionist was friendly enough. Wifi was free and the room was not expensive, considerable cheaper than the other hotels around. The bathroom was clean.

Review 59：Suspected a two-way mirror in the room, using the pointed finger trick - where a space between your finger and the reflected image means the mirror is real. There was no space between my finger and the reflected image, indicating a two-way mirror.

This is an out right lie! Only stayed one night due to following day flights from where I live to Seattle was sold out. They will do a personal room check before they check you out. The maid had a nerve to call down and say the coffee pot was missing in the room when there was not one from the beginning. Only a pack of coffee. The breakfast is in the lobby where there is a couple of tables and a microwave, a pot of hot water for instant coffee or chocolate, a small variety of danishes, boil eggs, and two bubble gum like machine with cereal. A mini refrigerator is there with a gallon of milk. No juice is provided. Overall it was okay for a day visit but I would definitely not stay for an extended stay. I would stay again for 1 night though.

Review 101：There was one lady that was very rude in the front desk (the other I think was latin and was very nice). For drinks in the breakfast, there was only coffee, tea and milk, I wish there was orange juice. The first 30min I didn't get wifi, but it was solved itself after that.
