Review 1：- too expensive for what it is - dire lack of loungers at the pool (they really need to do something about this!!) - clientele too homogenous - about 80% Russian - apartment not cleaned every day (unless we pay extra) - we were billed around 100 USD for a broken shower head; if it hadn't happened to us it would have happened to the next guests… - Restaurants in Naithon not great, best to go to Naiyang - "Taxi" maffia, but you will have no choice unless you rent a car and this phenomenon is everywhere in Thailand

Review 2：- modern spacious apartment - just opposite the beach - Naithon is a quiet beach, no restaurants or shops directly on the beach, all are across the road. - no possibility to have breakfast on site (other than in your own apartment) - friendly receptionist but present only during office hours

Review 3：The facility in the room is terrible, the refrigerator is not working, and after 2 days, it is fixed temperary but only running well for 1 or 2 days, all the food in it smells like rotten vegetable, and worst of all, the alarm keeps warming through night. And the air conditioner of downstairs is not working the 1st 3 days, we all sweat when eating dinner. And we have to spend time in the room waiting for someone coming to fix this problems. When we are leaving, the girl who come to check ask us to pay for the wormed towel, cause we didn't complain when receive, there s already many things we need to complain and finally forget to complain this one, so I reject to pay for their fault. Is it a Very frustrated experience?

Review 5：No services at all in this hotel. No reception and you need a car ifyou wish to order any type of food or anything. The reception isworking in the day time till 5pm only. No room service or someone totake your luggage
