Review 1：Stayed for one night only; this hotel is a convenient option before a flight from Seattle. Staff was helpful, service was efficient and room was clean and comfortable. Free shuttle is offered to the airport.

Review 2：Complimentary breakfast need some hot entrees, i.e., scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausage. There were only a big bowl of cold hard eggs. Shower/tub glass doors need to changed. Water was dripping onto the floor when you opened the door.

Review 26：Shuttle failed us! We were told to wait at the rental car facility for pick up which was wonderful but not told specifically where so waited, waited, and waited and finally took shuttle back to airport for pickup. Whole ordeal took about 90 minutes.

Review 29：I enjoyed and appreciated the continental breajfast, the fact that I could park my car there while I was away and the closeness to the airport as well. The staff was friendly and prifessional. I will be looking into staying here once again next September of 2015.

Review 30：The room was located above and on the street side of the front entrance. The room was so noisy thru the night due to street traffic that we had to wear earplugs and cover our heads with pillows. Even then we lost more than half a night's rest and sleep. Never again.

Review 31：Construction noise behind the hotel. Front desk staff could be friendlier & more accomodating. The wait for the shuttle is too long. A small, hot food breakfast buffet needs to be added. (scrambled eggs & sausage or bacon). The muffins are small & unpalatable.

Review 44：It is so close to SEATAC that you don't need to wait even for a hotel shuttle..! When you are out of the door (from arrivals), just turn right, walk straight ahead, even do not cross the street and you are in.... Turning back to airport or train (to downtown) is more easy...There is a free shuttle dept. from the hotel every 15 min.
