Review 1：All of the descriptions On the web site failed to mention a multi-million dollar construction project at the hotel that had the entire courtyard gutted out and isolated by plastic. Therefore no lounge, bar, restaurant, food or swimming pool. There were no amenities for the excessive cost of the room.

Review 5：The wardrobe and drawers were old and falling apart, hopefully that will be fixed when the renovation is finished. The shower took a while to get hot and it didn't stay hot for very long. The bed was too soft for me.

Review 6：The room was spacious and included a fridge and microwave. It was nice to be able to brew tea as well as coffee. The staff was friendly and the center atrium was very sunny and nice.

Review 10：IT was a great stay. The interior looked nice, really green. And the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Review 11：It does need updating. The drawers in the chests were a bit difficult to open and close. The only real problem was the old window. Cold entered easily and we could hear the freeway noise as if the window was open. Definitely bring ear plugs for sleeping!

Review 12：Roominess, comfort, cleanliness, friendliness of staff, great breakfast. I am an earlier riser than my husband so having a living room to go to where he would not be bothered was great. The bed was quite comfy. What you get for the money is really great.

Review 13：the bed was very lumpy or to soft the pillows were the worst couldn't sleep at all the room was hot tried turning the fan would only allow me to put it to 64 degrees but said room was 72 don't know how that worked then they don't have the drinks they used to offer in the evenings. The breakfast was awful the chef was rude would only make how he wanted I used to live in El Paso and used to stay their once in a while just to relax but now I wont go back it is horrible.

Review 45：The breakfast was advertized as a buffet. Only certain things were self serving (cold cereal, yogurt, soggy watermelon, & beverages). The chef gave you a plate of eggs, a slice of ham, and toast or muffin. The worst thing of all was that the chef, who wore gloves, would cook the food, touch the bread for toast by hand, then go to dirty dishes bin, scrape and stack dishes, and go right back to cooking with same gloves on! He did this more than once. It grossed me out so badly, I don't know if we will stay there again just because of that.

Review 50：I liked it much better aembassy suites. It seem like money is tight now. The little extras were always great not to mention helped financially. I am speaking of the breakfast an lack of evening snacks. It was appreciated but as embassy breakfast was awesome something to talk about now we grabbed more food shortly after eating our very small meal. My children are older teens but they enjoyed the evening snack that u all had before. Even the toilettres foot the shower were not good quality and idk just not the same. Which is strange because the room rates have not decreased.

Review 52：Breakfast was ration out and no seconds! Breakfast consisted of sliced ham, eggs and potatoes and toast if you happened to notice they were serving it. You only received a half of a thin slice of ham. They give us each about 5-6 breakfast cube potatoes and a few scrambled eggs. I had to ask for the toast. The water in the shower was warm but not hot.

Light bulbs burned out. Another time thetv didn't work and had to have the air conditioner repaied. Thislast time, the refrigerator didn't work and the internet connectionkept going off. Each time there is something that doesn't work.Apparently management doesn't have the maids to check anything. Ifthey are unsupervised, it leads me to think they possibly don'tclean the room very well. It makes me wander it I am staying in asanitary room.
