Review 1：I regret that we booked only 4 nights in this wonderful property.

Review 2：This was the 3rd hotel we stayed in Phuket and while the others were dissapointing this one was a real gem. The location is very beautiful and proved that it is still possible to find a secluded place to stay in Phuket, away from Patong madness. The private beach is lovely and is backed up with a beautiful hill side and palm trees. The water was warm, shallow, yet provided some nice waves for the fun part. We were there in mid December and the beach was almost empty. We had a beach front pool villa. The rooms were modern, very clean, comfortable and had the wonderful beach at your feet, while still maintaining privacy. The hotel pools and facilities are very nice and many services were for free, including beach towels, fresh juices and rich fruits plates. They even gave complimentary chips, soft drinks and water everyday in the room. The breakfast buffet was very rich with high variety and delicious in any aspect. The staff were the most friendly and courteous I have come across so far. They treated us far above our expectations. All in all a wonderful unforgettable experience for our honeymoon and a new reference that is second to none.

Review 3：The prices of the drinks were really high and the quality was really low. Not worth buying mixed drinks there. I would bring your own liquor and mix it with the juice or something yourself.

Review 5：The sandsacks on the beach, the garden of our pool villa was not well maintained, the swimming pool was dirty. Breakfast was poor. We paid 300€ a night and it was not good.

Review 7：Our room was in no way a 5 star standard. The furniture was old and worn out. The room 217 was damp, brown damp on the ceiling, Saltpeter on the walls near the bed. Not very healthy. There was a leak behind the toilet the water ran all over the bathroom floor. The cleaning was minimal clumps of hair and dust blowing around the floor when we came in. We booked a superior sea view room. There was nothing superior about it.

Review 8：The service from the staff is fantastic. The private Beach is amazing. The view, the pool, the decoration is beautiful. Peaceful, nice calm location. The bed was very comfortable.

Review 10：Really nice, friendly staff, who always is helpful and always has a smile. The Hotel, pool and beach are very nice. You get fruits for free around mid afternoon, which is a very nice offer from the Hotel. If you are looking for quite days in Phuket, this is the right place to stay. In 10 minutes walking distance there are some restaurants, massage options and an afternoon small market. We always were eating at a small Local restaurant at the opposite side of Raggae bar, which doesn't look like a restaurant, but it was very very good and the woman was very nice and thankful, that we were enjoying her dinner. With taxi it costs 600 - 800 Baht to get to Phuket town.

The standard sea view suite have no sea view and felt claustrophobic , maybe there was a view before but now its overgrown with trees and bushes. we had to upgrade to the deluxe sea view suite.2. They towels & sheets were changed only after we made an implicit requirement to the staff after a 3days stay.3. The acoustics in the bathroom are bad, luckily there was no one at the room near us in the first days so we didn't notice anything , but on the last 2 days someone arrived and we could hear our neighbors laughing and playing in the bathroom all night long. We heard the entire conversations , since the bathroom is actually a not so well sound insulated gypsum wall structure with transparent PVC roof.4. The shower is well designed but worn out.5. The shampoo is diluted with water.6. On the last day creepy senior guests appeared with barely 18yr old Thai girls.A 5star hotel would allow it , but probably it's the norm in Phuket.7. There is a constant buzzing sound of some kind of pump from the fountains or a generator, in order mask the noise in the restaurant they play a CD with 3 chill-out music tracks.8. During the day there were construction workers that made a lot of noise, cutting metal by disc and drilling.9. The Thai restaurant menu is a bit limited for pescetarian/vegetarian/non-seafood diners , so if you are one of the abovementioned and intend to stay more than 1 night you'll have to look for diversity elsewhere.10. The management.A. At first we booked for 1 night, when we arrived they couldn't find the reservation, then when we got the room it didn't look like a "sea view", so eventually they "upgraded" us for 1 night' frankly the room we got looked like the standard on the booking pictures.B. They didn't accept payment via booking and charged us in advance.C.

Review 18：1. The resort is located not far from the Airport so it's a good place to stay after a long flight. 2. The resort has a private beach , yet there seem to be a construction of a new resort at the northern part . 3. There is a small village not far from the resort. 4. The resort is located in a private not crowded location , covered in green by mangrove & palm trees and bushes (amazing gardening work) 5.The design of the resort is amazing and even in full capacity you don't feel that there are people. 6. The restaurant is very good but not cheap. There are 2 of them Thai & Western. (We didn't go to the western restaurant ) 7. The breakfast is excellent. 8. There is a GYM and SPA at the resort and a beautiful pool. 9. Complimentary fruits & drinks in the evening. 10. Body-board , towels , and beach games at the beach lifeguard hut. 11. Shuttle service to the Airport at Taxi prices. 12. The service staff are very kind and hard working. 13. You can book travel tours at the reception. 14. Far from the Phuket noise but you can get to noisy areas easily if you like. 15. The option to stay at the pool/beach and take a shower and change at the GYM after checkout on the last day.

Review 28：The place itself is really rundown, probably never been renovated from the 90's, so so sad. Staff at the reception are completely useless, I repeat completely. We needed to go to Lanta and they told us the only way was going back to krabi by boat driving hours and then boat again for a total of 8 hours. I have searched on Internet in 10 sec in front of them ferry Phuket koh lanta first result that Pop up was a ferry 3 hours. I asked them can you please called them and book 2 tickets and after the call they said no they don't operate during low season(they called the only company they know) even though I have asked to check the (by the way at least 5 different companies operates in Phuket) particular company on my research. I said really let me double check I have called and the lady told me of course we do. Food was terrible, sad sad sad breakfast. Workers around the hotel fixing stuff, garbage around the pool a total disaster. Rooms in army barracks style. I repeat a total disaster. Beach was fun and very nice though.

Review 32：It is very secluted not that its a bad thing because its quite relaxing however if you want to eat out of the hotel its a little hike of approx. 20min. You cal also pay 100 bhat per way to get into the little town which doesnt have much but you have to option of a few restaurants and a mini mart.

Review 39：The wi-fi can be spotty at best but when band-with is being drawn--or it rains!....forget it and get work done later. We were there in monsoon season so if you go into that with an open mind then you'll be fine but be prepared for aday or two just chilling.

Review 40：It's a remote beautiful--no city traffic/noise. This lent itself to use renting scooters during the entire stay and that's the way to go period. We racked up 300+ kilometers on each during a week Otherwise, you will rent taxis everywhere and that's not a lot at first but for every excursion that adds up and it prevents you from real exploration.

Review 44：The beach front bungalow rooms are spacious and simply amazing. Your own private pool and direct access to the beach. All three restaurants were great, breakfast was served with a lovely view and a lot of choice. The place is very relaxed, and the private beach means it feels very quiet. Great location to the airport, and a good selection of restaurants, massages etc. about 15 mins stroll away. They arranged a free birthday cake for my husband's birthday - a lovely extra.

Not only me, but another customer complained about it in front of me. Also, we got dissapointed that J staff there appologized us with "SMILE" when we complained about the unfriendly rude waitress, which made us feel this hotel does not take our comments seriously...Anyway, I wrote down bad things here, but private beach there was quite nice. You will like it.

Review 57：The hotel is very close to the airport. It occupies the entire beach so it's very quiet. The room is comfortable and the view on the sea is marvelous especially from the rooms higher up. There are two restaurants both are quite good. Salmon teriaki and sea bass were excellent.

Availability was OK) - Red towel on Coconut restaurant was dirty - Yellow stamps on the linen sheet - Untrained staff in terms of serving a customer (I first got the main course, then they bring me the fork and knife) - (I had to ask to change the table runner, even the fact that it was dirty from previous customer) - Only 1 of the restaurant staff where informed about Happy hours, serving times, availability etc.

Review 106：You have to like stairs, because there are a ton. This was quite challenging with young kids, strollers, etc. Also, the resort caters more to 'honeymooners' than families, so it doesn't offer a lot for families with kids. Resort and staff are very kids friendly though.

The secluded location and the private beach are winning feats. Rooms are good, nothing special but everything works and is well thought-out. Will definitely come back.

Review 118：This hotel is so overpriced, the staff knows little english (if any), when you ask for extra basic amenities like a water bottle or some shampoo you feel as if you have to justify your request ! And then you're provided with minimal quantities! The hotel is very, very far from major urban area making it very long and most importantly very, very expensive to move anywhere specially that the taxis that the hotel deals with a group of taxi drivers that monopolize the hotel guests' services. At check-out, there was a major mistake where the lady at the front desk tried to charge me for the 2nd time due to an unbelievably unprofessional oversight...overall disappointing experience, bring with you soap, shampoo, water bottles and some snacks as the restaurants at the hotel are also very expensive though the food was very good. Note as well that swimming is constantly "at your own risk" since during our 4 day stay in peak season, no lifeguard whatsoever was present!

Review 120：Price for the room (materials are not good or too old - shower, pool, doors, A/C ...), very limited choice of dishes even with 3 restaurants, remote location (only Naithon close by), price of taxi in Phuket is crazy in my opinion. The first room had a leaking pool and A/C crashed. We changed room for last 3 nights and the private pool was never in the sun, thus very cold and the A/C was noisy we stopped it to sleep... the maintenance is helpful but the place is getting old and maybe needs some renewal.

I would suggest that the management should do some uplifting works & maintenance for the room. Especially for the cracks in between the doors. It would be better. Food: The fruits are fresh. Pizzas, chips & salads are tasty but pricey. Breakfast is acceptable. Love the waffles & eggs. Service: Staff were friendly, polite & always service with a smile. I think that the management should sent their staff for Basic English Communication Course. Have some communication difficulty with some of the staff. But they always try their best to meet their customer's needs. The Japanese staff, Momoko is Good & Efficient. I like her service. She's attentive & prompt.

Review 125：There were constant and noisy renovations on the room next to us whichdefeated the purpose of staying at a quiet hotel. It spoiled the wholeambiance. Complained to hotel and they were very unhelpful and did notoffer to move rooms nor refund when tried to check out.The hotel is very far from anything which you have to rely on their restaurants etc which v expensive and average. Staff and services are v slow it took 3 days to get 5 shirts washed and returned. Unfortunately it's a great location and setting for a nice hotel that needs a change of mngt to bring it up to standards.
