Review 1：English and Turkish languages used however, English needs proof reading e.g detal pack should read dental pack on toiletries. Faded plastic flowers in the hallways have to go!

Review 8：We had to pay 20TL for 2 hair caps just to swim. The spa closed at 10pm; we would have liked to stay later. A few days, we had to call for the bottled water to be delivered.

Review 9：The breakfast was a feast with a lot of variety. Restaurant service was excellent at breakfast and dinner. The menu is exquisite and international. The free spa was a very nice (and romantic) way to end each day, especially since it was so cold outside! Bring your bathing suits and hair caps! The room was spacious. Everything worked properly. The room was quiet. High technology door security and temperature control. The hotel provides many free luxuries, like lemon-mint tea in the afternoon in the lobby, 2 bottles of water each day, and green apples for an evening snack. We paid about $300 for 4 nights ($75/night), which we felt was a great value for this luxurious hotel.

Review 14：I think the staff don't have enough experience and should train more. for example, room cleaning person, forget to replace some items in the room and after he left the room, I asked and he arrange that. If he had a check list and checked all items by the list, he would not forget. Also the breakfast can be improve, no green tea, no date or something for Diet people. in the Spa area, they can provide bags in the changing room for wet swimming clothes

Review 24：Restaurant staff at breakfast are very rude. They told me we couldn't sit in one section because I was eating the breakfast buffet and that was the a la carte section. So after we moved, the same waiter watched 3 other couples sit in that section and said nothing to make them move. Never brought refills for coffee and extremely rude - need much training as all other staff in hotel were excellent!

Review 37：We stayed in the hotel for one night and we had a very bad experience with the staff since we missed our jacket in the room when leaving and we didn't get any collaboration from the staff to found and retrieve it for us. Their email doesn't work!!! Incredible for 5 stars hotel, It come back rejected by server mail. we sent fax to them asking a contact but we're still waiting for their answer! We called them and feeling a not really intention to help in finding the jacket. Bad bad bad experience

Review 43：one of the staff members had an attitude, I didn't bother to get his name because another staff member made my experience a bit more pleasant. I hated the policy of not allowing guests to our rooms even if it's for a few minutes, regardless of the reasons, it's not expected of a advertised 5 star hotel. Never in my life have I ever experienced such a thing. The wifi speeds were nice, but the signal was weak in my room and would cut out periodically. The electricity would also turn off at night randomly leaving the air conditioner off.

Review 47：Being a new hotel has it's own problems; air-conditioning is not very effective, minibar cooling is also a bit problematic. The general manager is aware of these problems and told me that they will fix them before the grand opening.

Review 48：Hotel is literally brand new. Located in the heart of the city, Latanya offers great rooms for very reasonable prices. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Being a regular traveler to Ankara I tried every 5* Hotel. Latanya clearly makes a statement with spacious rooms, exceptional staff, good food and reasonable prices.
