Review 1：They were not aware of the promotions they offered at booking (i.e genius, laye check out). Location is not good for tourism (maybe for business) and is far away from te centre
Review 2：Staff were very helpfull and friendly. Despite the language gap they tried their best to help us. Good food at the restaurant (open24/7)
Review 3：The cleaning lady forgot to leave an extra roll of toilet paper and we ran out on our last day. One day, when we had to get out early, breakfast was late getting out.
Review 4：Although the hotel looks to be on the far edge of town, it is actually right on a tram line. So it is very convenient to get into town. We never waited more than 10 minutes for a tram and it only cost R12. Cheap!
