Review 1：- room space/ balcony too small - room is unclean-up when guest arrived after 14:00 pm. - wasting time for maid to clean-up even on the second day - cashier perform unprofessional after get complaint from guest
Review 2：Why give me poor room did not sea view, I had advance booking about month.Should treat me value customer give me sea view room. Car park should block for building A,B,C so the guest no need to walk distance.

Review 4：Reception is not helpfull at all as they don't speak English and only 1 clerk at the desk for this huge hotel. The restaurants are very dissapointing, 4 waiters were wondering what the word "rice" means. That's too bad for a 4 star hotel. The food is overpriced and medium to low quality. Water in swimmingpool is a bit murky and smells. There was a snake near the swiming pool, a thai guest called staff but no one showed up. It is not the beach spot, there are sections at the same beach which are much wider and nicer. For dinner you feel lost as only the shore restaurant is open but hardly anyone eats there. You definitely need a car, it's far away from everything.
