Review 4：There is nothing to dislike. There is no WOW factor. Water pressure and Temp. The best i have ever seen in a hotel.

Review 11：They only provide 2 large towels per room. Pool towels were provided, but were old and stained. They count and keep track of towels, which made it feel like a cheap -nickel-and-dime hotel. They required a damage deposit of $2000 Thai Bahts in cash when checking in. Additional room key required a deposit of $200 Thai Bahts. The air conditioner broke down in the middle of the night in both my room and my friends room; so we had to change rooms.

Review 12：The location was great. It is down an alley in the interior of a city block so it was really quiet and away from the bustle of the traffic. Room was nice, but bathroom was a little dingy

Review 28：The location is perfect, a short 5 minute walk from Bangla road and about 10 mins from the beach! Restaurants available everywhere. Staff were good, friendly and cleaning service came everyday. 2 great out door pools. Large room with balcony was nice. And i believe the rooms were soundproof as we never heard any noise from others. Its a good price for what you get. Breakfast was basic but adequate.

Review 34：Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool (not the one with the baby section) is great for chilling or even swimming laps. Breakfast is a nice spread - fried rice / noodles, a fish dish, sausage, cereal, teas, coffee, juice, egg (as you request), fruit, soup and a few other thai dishes. It's a short walk from Bang La Road and Jungceylon but far enough so that you don't hear the noise.

Everything at doorstop laundry,bars & excellent eateries. About 5-10 main walk to Bangla Road, Juncelon & beach. Great price . Two lovely pools. Breakfast was good.Staff speak English well. Would definitely recommend.

Review 37：I booked on line but didn't realize it was only had partial payment so when we checked In the additional two days were added, which was a little frustrating and they wouldn't give us the room until exactly 2 pm, which was fair yet still frustrating after traveling all day. However the welcome drink was appreciated which my husband wants me to add. Overall we still would recommend this hotel.

Even when our air con stopped working, they tried to put us in a mouldy, smelly room right above noisy staff area when next door was empty (eventually got moved to room next door). They make you wait until 2pm to check in even though rooms are empty (poor old men around 60 years were made to wait in the heat). Appalling!!! Breakfast was cold and hardly edible. Overall pretty poor but could be awesome with a little work.

Review 49：The internet isn't great. It's a RADIUS server, for those not tech it means you have to sign into the internet with a password each time. If you have more than two devices expect to pull your hair out. The pool doesn't get any sun. Your close to the beach so it's not really essential, but it's worth keeping in mind if you prefer a pool.

Review 77：Reception staff were not very friendly. The swimming pools closed at 7pm, which is ridiculous with the climate. It would have been good to be able to swim until at least 10pm.

Review 81：Patong Beach is a few minute walk from the hotel (just walk around the side of the hotel and cut through the backyards of some homes). Jungceylon is about 10 minute walk away. The massage place opposite the hotel is good and quiet. The Orange Café next to the hotel serves reasonably priced and fairly authentic thai food.

But the 2nd time the reception staff very rude, we already fully paid on the 1st day we arrived, but on the 2nd day day morning keep on said we not pay and keep on argue with us, until i show my credit card resit, she only find out the record, and she didn't apologise to us. Ps: Other staff still very friend, nice and helpful except the reception lady.
