Review 1：No one can speech english. İt was a bıt dıffıcult to communıcate wıth hotel staff.

Review 3：The breakfast was ordinary. Restaurant (breakfast place) was small and crowded. Nothing else!

Review 6：The room was heated well. The reciption helped us with address and taxi. We wanted to go earlier than the time of breakfast so they opened breakfast bufe only for us. There was no kittle in the room. So when ever we needed water for tea they would bring us.

Review 14：The staff was accomodating, if you could make them understand your requests. It was located in Kizilay, which is the city centre. They provide you with free water and the breakfast was of good standard. I read in the reviews that they do not give you extra pillows but when we asked for them the staff provided them to us without any trouble. Would totally recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Kayer hotel .

Review 22：I have reserved this hotel for my mother in law and my father in law. The accommodation in this place is extremely worth for the money you pay. The staff are very friendly and tries their bests to provide your comfort.

Review 23：Day receptionist was nice, but didn't speak any English, which made asking questions sort of difficult. Room and bathroom looked very clean but I did find the previous occupant's dirty socks in the corner, which didn't really give me a clean feeling. I wanted to take a nap during the day since I had taken an early flight in but couldn't because of extreme noise (construction?). Though I did enjoy my stay here in general, I cannot help but feel that better value for money is available in Ankara.

When we arrive we were told we were not booked in- we showed them the booking.com receipt and were very insistent. Otherwise they would have sent us away! Room not cleaned during 3 day stay.

Review 39：My neighbors next door arrived at 3:30am and startled me out of my sleep. The walls are quite thin so I could hear everything. I called the front desk after awhile and they unfortunately didn't speak much English but enough to get the point that they needed to tell the people next door to keep it down. Well it worked for 10 minutes and then it was loud again. So basically I couldn't fall asleep till 5 am :(

Review 43：Poor breakfast, receptionists were nice but one ordered shuttle bus for out way to airport and it was actually his friend who did not provide any bill. This is unacceptable for business trip. Window in my room was broken so I can not close it completely. I was staying in Kayra hotel from Tuesday till Friday and cleanig has not been done even ones.

Review 56：The hotel is located near the Kizilay metro station, which is very convenient. The bus line 442 from the airport to the city center also has its stop nearby. The hotel is clean and the stuff is welcoming.
