Review 1：Too small room, too dirty, it was non smoking room...but was smell sigarets too much!!!! Too noisy.... U may here everything from the corridor..... nobody clean our room during we stayed....not value of money!!! Breakfast is so poor!!!!! If u have chance to choose other hotel... Do it without thinking....

Review 3：Only point here really is the size of the basin for hand wash in the bathroom. It's so small that even a child would have problems washing their hands there.

Review 4：It's a quiet, clean place with a good location regarding bus and train station.

Review 5：Noisy location with inadequate sound isolation. No blackout curtains on the window; light from outside can make it difficult to sleep. Packed breakfast is not supplied, but it was not possible to book the room without breakfast. So in case of an early check out, you pay for nothing... Quite unfair, considering that many guests rush to the early morning ferry!

Review 7：The location is walking distance to/from many points of interest: ferry terminal, long distance bus station, train station, shopping and pubs street. Breakfast buffet with a decent scandinavian offer. Very nice fresh bread every morning. Hair dryer to lend at reception desk.

Review 10：Upper part of the bunk bed was a bit wobbly, but luckily we didn't use it. Thankfully it was a weekday so we managed to have breakfast before leaving for the morning ferry to Denmark. This might not be the case during the weekends when breakfast starts an hour later.

Review 11：Very close to the ferry terminal. Small and functional room with a bunk bed (lower level double width). Free linens and towels. Very polite and helpful personel. Breakfast included, wide variety of products, coffee, tea, milk and juices freely available.

Review 20：We had to catch an early ferry in the morning but upon inquiry the night before with the desk clerk, there would be no breakfast (even though we had paid)-- not even a bun/fruit for us to take as there was no overnight staff on to make it. (We checked in around 5 pm) This would be pretty unacceptable for all those who were travelling on the early boat wishing at least a coffee or something and booked there because it was fairly close to the ferry terminal. (Were they trying to save money?) Also, the room was extremely small with bunk beds for older folks and having to 'toss' our keys into a basket upon leaving just made us feel unwelcome.

Review 21：Nothing. We travelled through five countries and stayed in many hotels on our month long vacation and enjoyed every one except this one. Yess, this is the only harsh review I have ever written...

Review 22：Room was a closet, the double bed occupied it all. Wispy thin pillows. Bathroom a joke. First zero-star hotel I have stayed in.

Review 23：The poor girl who worked double shifts doing all hotel functions did a marvelous job under the circumstances

Review 24：The room was extremely small, 30 cm and 80 cm free on each side of the bed. We got a double room with one 140x200 bed for two people. A few small shelves only, no wardrobe. The bathroom was similarly tiny. No hair dryer.

Review 25：The breakfast was good, especially the bread, freshly baked, soft and delicious. Everything was clean. TV with HDMI input. The room and bathroom were modern and in top condition. We loved the photo wallpaper of the forest!

Review 26：Upper bunk very high up, with awkward narrow ladder which had widely spaced very narrow rungs. At best uncomfortable to get to the top bunk, at worst, could be described as dangerous!

Review 29：Other than everything, we loved the breakfast, the excellent service from super friendly staff, the cleanliness, the beautiful shower/toilet, super uber comfy bed, warm room, heated bathroom floor, big window to look out of, parking across the street for a small fee during the day, location right in city centre, ease of finding hostel and checking in, quiet at night, free coffee. Wow, other hostels and hotels could learn a lot from this place. Best place we have ever stayed at for a great price! Stay here, you won't regret it (we had a room with private bathroom).

Review 30：Only 2 electric socket in room. Breakfast where very tiny. Only fast food aviable. No guidance (price) to aviable restaurant. No electric aviable for car.

Review 31：Got Parking with no advice accept backyard rent.

Review 32：We got a room with a doble bed which half of it was against the wall (as a headboard), but the other half had not head support at all. That is not comfortable at all. In any case, the girl working at the reception inmediately offered us a new room. This one was a very big one (a familiar one). The point is, that the hotel is not the best choice if you are expecting something cozy since having such a big room with a doble bed, bunkbeds and a really small bathroom, but on the other side, if you are only staying for the night because you are driving by, then is a good choice :) The breakfast is also quite simple if you compare with what we are used here in Norway.

Review 38：I am a vegan so I asked if breakfast would include fruits and non-animal milks and butter. I was told that unfortunately, they didn't have non-animal milks but that there would be "lots of fruits" to choose from. Although I was surprised to hear that there were not milk or butter for not just vegans but many with dairy allergies, I was happy to hear I would be able to eat something. Unfortunately, the only fruit served for breakfast was orange slices. I would have expected more for the value of the money!
