Review 1：The restaurant staff is very rude and they ignore you. Most of them do not even speak english. The breakfast is a joke. One day there was no milk, and the other day there was any juice. The choices for the breakfast are very small, just one table with food.
Review 2：The place is a little bit far from the beaches, but there is enough entertainment in the complex. The staff from the reception is very helpful. When the outdoor pool is ready it will be very pleasant.
Review 3：Television did not work (Fuzz and static). Air conditioning did not work. We boiled. Despite complaining and asking for help, repairs were done but the repairs did not work. Had to open all doors and windows to keep cool. Asked for refund on the room. Refused, but 100 lei given to compensate. Manager indifferent to concerns. Suggested that we were lying about air conditioning!!! Customer always right policy does not apply here. No real effort made to compensate. Room not as advertised. No air conditioning and no functioning television, just fuzz.. Appalling.

Review 5：Non stop music from the restaurant, the same songs repeating over and over again. Cleaning was made only on request. The breakfast was poor (hot dog sausage, boiled eggs, two kinds of cheese and salami, water, hot milk, some cereal, marmalade and coffee or tea from the bar, the fruit consisted of apple, orange and sometimes banana or kiwi).
Review 6：The room was nice, large, suitable even for a family with two children. Our kids liked the playground. The restaurant was overcrowded and quite expensive, but the food very good.
Review 7：During weekends, waiting time for food up to an hour, weekdays ok. No tv channels for children. No shower in the bathroom, only bath tub. Cleaning the room on request, not daily. But when asked, cleaned the room effectively.
Review 8：Large room, also with the extra bed, large bathroom with bathtub. Next to the lake, sun beds, etc included. Wireless fast, with router in the room. Good facilities, restaurant with a large variety of food, deserts and drinks at fair prices. Good sound proofing, beach area, service. Parking (private) under supervivion/ secured. Great value for money, we will return for sure.
Review 9：Extremely noisy non-stop restaurant which did not enable to sleep in the block A where we spent 3 nights. Surrounding environment is quite a challenge with ongoing reconstruction of the road and many construction works around. Ongoing construction of a swimming pool, repairing the roof of the restaurant and varnishing the boat on the territory of the hotel did not contribute to the relaxed feeling either.
Review 10：Spacious comfortable rooms with nice design, comfortable parking in the block B. Beautiful view from the restaurant over the lake.The staff was very friendly and helpful, they did everything possible to change our room to meet the initial actual request.Cleaning services upon request.
Review 11：Limited connectivity = no internet, I called the reception and nothing happened. poor restaurant services = waiters responded slowly and as you had disturbed them. it took 40 minutes from the moment of my arrival until drinks were brought to our table. I'm going to let you guess how much time it took until we got food. this happened at lunch, when the occupancy rate of the restaurant was about 50%. in the evening, I did not receive cutlery and the past were barely boiled and non-edible so I paid and went elsewhere to eat.

Review 21：The waiters were sometimes rude (the female waiters) - however the service was great and the food fantastic.
Review 22：The hotel was very clean and super nice. The service was excellent, and the food always good. The kids loved being there- it was safe, clean, soundproof ( we rented a trip appartment) - I would recomend if you hae children, as the appartment has 2 rooms with its own TV in each room and air conditioning.
Review 23：Extremely expensive for the services they provide. We stayed in one of the jacuzzi rooms. The fridge was not functional, we had to complain 2 times at the front desk until they changed it. There was no curtain or something to cover the bathroom window, so everyone in the yard could see us taking a shower. Asked to fix this at the front desk...didn't happen!!! And the best part was when we turned on the jacuzzi...a disgusting smell, i guess the internal pipes were not cleaned in a while... So if you want to throw your money at the window and have your holidays ruined La Scoica Land is definitely the place to go.
