Review 1：Yalikavak is the expensive and trendy region of Bodrum. That's given and your preference; it's OK to pay £300 for a dinner with wine. But this hotel's menu is higher than all fancy places, like Nobu, but for no reason. Expect to pay for mediocre lunch and beer as much as your stay.

Review 7：The service at the beach is a bit chaotic. Orders take long to be delivered or get forgotten unless it's drinks or might be happening at peak hours in the afternoon. But for a five star with many staff available that shouldn't be happening. There is room for improvement. But the breathtaking beach makes up for it.

Review 8：Decency and service of staff was very satisfactory. Always friendly and a smile at the face to greet the guest. The hotel is a place for those working a lot and looking for a quiet space to rest mind and soul alike.

Review 9：The villa we stayed in had direct access to the beach however the sea was extremely dirty due to being so close to the marina, making it impossible to swim. A famous Turkish singer had rented the restaurant and beach and room service for the season therefore the restaurant was sourcing food from outside and the beach was open to the public. This made breakfast a bad experience as the menu was very limited. Staff were also very slow during breakfast and we would often have to locate someone to clear our table or take our order. The beach was also crowded with teenagers as they could access any part of the beach making it difficult to find sun beds for the hotel guests throughout the day. The main enterance to our villa and all the villas are on street level and there is no security, anyone from palmamarina has direct access to any of the villas. The beds and pillows are also really uncomfortable. Last year we stayed in Palmalife resort not palmalife marina and we didnt experience any of these problems. The whole experience was a huge dissapointment for all of us and I would avoid this resort in the future.

We were served mainly by Korkhan and another guy by the beach and they were great in addition to the other guys there including the supervisor and the beach receptionsit.. At front office, Cihan was very nice and welcoming at arival and when we checked out.. Rooms has the sense of privacy which was great. Also they have good spa and turkish bath area..

Review 17：... dining-area staff had little English (I found one w. German). One in management told us it was adults-only (it definitely isn't), which deterred our local relatives from visiting. Smoking allowed in dining area is very unpleasant.

Review 18：Nice "garden' room accommodation, with fabulous views of setting sun and nearby islands. Yalikavak 10 minutes drive away, across the bay, w. occasional distant muezzin calls drifting on the breeze. Infinity pool good size, good views, as cool as the Aegean (accessible off a large lower deck). Thursday Yalikavak market fabulous! Staff willing, but...

Review 19：The resort is amazing and the view is priceless , we choose the resort for relaxation and it was so nice , we especially thank mr. Cihan , he was so cooperative and extremely nice , he would do anything you want , arrange a trip or a taxi or whatever you ask for, we also got two complementery snacks and wine , overall everything was really nice , we would recommend it , we hope to go again :))

Review 29：This was our third stay .We usually go there every summer .Staff are really trying their best to accommodate our needs. Especially food and beverage manager Murat is extremely helpfull and attentive. Housekeeping service has considerably improved. Front desk staff did an excellent job by arranging all our bookings in different dining locations and other reservation requirements . We used the spa frequently and have been provided with excellent professional service every time.We are definetly going back next year!

Review 53：The location is perfect not far away from Yalikavak centre, the rooms are modern with great sea views and the staff is polite and always smiling, especially Cihan who took in consideration all our requests and who is very attentive to details. The hotel has a great design so even if it's fully booked you never feel it as they have so many places arranged with sun beds where you can relax and have privacy on the beach, at the pool, on the deck, etc.. Very important for me was that the hotel is extremely quiet. All in all I really enjoyed my stay there, unfortunately only for a week, but I will definitely return.

Review 54：False advertising - beach was not ready to be used (under rennovation) and our room was not a sea view room as we had booked. Hence poor value for money.

Review 62：We have been to Bodrum a few times so we had an idea of what we wanted. Palmalife far exceeded our expectations! We were truly impressed with the resort, design, hospitality, and amazing location. The sunsets were truly memorable -- Hawaii-esq... The value for the money is by far the best you will find within the Bodrum area. The breakfast buffet has a wonderful fresh variety that is truly enjoyable each morning. The staff were all wonderful and very welcoming and attentive to our needs. All in all, we will be returning next year and will recommend to our friends and others who are interested.
