Review 1：The hotel is about 30 min by taxi from the city, if you plan to only stay at the hotel it's great. The bed is very hard but comfortable enough. Swimming pool is on the cold side but bearable.

Review 3：I've booked a Pool Villa for 3 nights. When the hotel decided to take the fees for the Villa form my account their wasn't sufficient credit. So, Booking.com sent me an e-mail through the hotel to inform me the problem. I respond maybe after 2 hours, I credited the money & replayed to Booking.com. But I was surprised later on that my reservation was canceled with out my knowledge. So, the hotel let me spend the night in the Pool Villa & I guess the management gave it to there friend. & let me spend the other 2 nights in a Garden Villa with a flat rate of a Garden Villa. I wasn't happy... It's not professional what they did. Me & my family were disappointed. We wanted a Pool Villa, but it was given to a friend of the management... I hope Booking.com will take an action to this.

Review 5：If you want to completely relax and getaway from it all with the most amazing food - this is your place. The atmosphere here is wonderful and laid back. Staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. The chef is incredible - I would come back here just to eat..Our family will definitely be back here.

Review 14：It seems a bit hard to find, but once you find it you'll realize it's simple! Just put in a little effort to have directions (especially since many of the taxi drivers don't seem to know where anything is)! haha

Review 15：It's a beautiful resort and very unique. The service was wonderful and is one of the biggest reasons I would come back here again, but I also love the gardens and the philosophy of the resort. One day I hope to be back and actually spend some time here. 2 nights is not enough! We were able to get away into the beauty of Chiang Mai and also be close enough to enjoy the city.
