Review 1：service and behaviour of Lady who was responsible for Pension - service at bar, during breakfast and dinner, she was rude to guests and refused to serve the beer and other drinks!!!!

Review 3：A few of our friends had very cold rooms for a few nights. The hosts were behaving like we were trespassing and could not wait for us to leave. Unfriendly, unwelcoming approach. The breakfast was simple, completely lacking fruits and was the same for the whole stay, making it impossible to eat a diverse breakfast. The main courses were of poor quality, but it seems to me to be some sort of region specific. I would definitely not choose again this pension or this location.
Review 4：I like the fact that it has private parking indoors, its own ski slope, our rooms were nice and warm.
Review 5：Stuff was a bit busy and expedite, not very warm. Schedule for dinner was not very clear, bar closing too early, at 22:00. People in vacation usually drink at least until midnight. We were allowed to use one room, but no more serving after 22:00.
Review 6：Everything was as described, rooms were big warm and comfy, wifi internet was working fine, there was artificial snow. We were allowed to stay with the dog and extend our stay. Very good quality/price ratio. Good value for the money. Area is very beautiful.
Review 7：The beds and mattresses need a serious upgrading not suitable for anyone with back problems. Very noisy too. Breakfast needs to be served earlier than 8 am as anyone going for a hike need to be up in the mountains before mid-day to avoid afternoom storms.

Review 10：Very beautiful town and place to stay. In summer is all green and quite. The room was big and clean. They have a nice big dog and a huge chess board on the garden.

Review 22：The double bed was very uncomfortable and there was a nasty smell, either from the mattress, pillow or duvet. We visit Zdiar often but would not stay in this guest house again!
