Review 2：Good price! Ended up staying 2 nights due to the ice storm north of Denton up in Oklahoma and Kansas since I was planning to return to Kansas!

Review 3：You can't take food from the breakfast back to your room... I wasnt able to take anything to my girlfriend while she was getting ready which made no sense since there's a microwave and ways to cook food in the room

Review 5：Bed bugs,I checked in at 5am & had to check out at 11am. Didn't get much sleep & especially didn't get $70 worth. & BED BUGS!! Need new bed sheets,mine had stains on them.

Review 7：The hotel did not live up to the claims on the website. Smoking rooms were advertised, but she said that was a mistake. Room looked like something from a low budget horror movie. The carpet was disgusting! The staff was obnoxiously rude when she kept telling me I could stay elsewhere or be charged a fine if I chose to smoke, even though the online info showed smoking was permitted. She must have threatened me with extra charges at least 6 times while I was checking in, Then, when I saw the sign for charging for my 14 pound dog, she would not waive the fee because her facility did not match the advertisement. Even my dog did not want to keep his feet on the dirty, sticky carpet.

Review 8：Completely stained ripped and very dirty carpeting. Broken towel rack inbathroom. The tv remote only turned the tv on. You had to walk up to thecable box to change channel. Mold in bathroom corners. Holes in sinkcounter and credenza. I have a video of the property. The smell couldnot be picked up in the video though. The place smelled of mold. My wifeand I would not even get undressed to sleep. My pillow smelled so bad Ihad to cover it with a towel before I could lay my head on it. The staffwas very rude. The "so called WiFi" was a joke. They gave me apassword but neither my wife's or my phone would even connect to itto be able to put in a password. I wanted to leave as soon as I came inthe room but it was after midnight.

Review 9：I liked nothing about the motel other than to say at least there were nobugs and the air conditioner worked.

Review 10：The room was small and I got a non-smoking room but when I walked in it smelled like cigarettes. I also thought there would be somewhere you could cook but there was not!

Review 11：I did love how deep and big the swimming pool was. The staff was also friendly and if you leave for a long period of time they will come and make your bed and give you new towels.

The man behind the desk in the morning shift was sweet to us but a little rude to the customer with a few rowdy kids. The room we stayed in reeked of cigarette smoke (it was a non smoking room) and there were a couple of flies and mosquitoes flying around as well.

It was very uncomfortable, but we had no other place to stay because everything else was booked. We came to the area for the NASCAR race.

First day I told office the knob in fridge was broken said they would send maintenance and that never happened. Bad continental breakfast, only cereal, toast and waffle maker.

Review 21：The motel was dirty and had bugs. The decor stepped right from the scenes of a horror film and my husband and I, both woke up itching with red bite-like bumps Management was rude and had zero customer service skills. Suggestion: sleep in your car if this place your only option.

Review 26：The whole apperance did not match the internet report of it. Room was very dull cigarettes burns on carpet and bedcovers. Bath had a rust in it. I did not request a smoking room. The whole place looked liked it seen better days. Television was ancient and did not work.

Review 28：We chose this location because of ease. We needed somewhere to stay due to air being out at our home. However, the rooms were disgusting. Carpets felt like they had not been cleaned in years. Bugs in bathroom. Wifi never worked. Some items were accidentally left in the room (pillows and blanket). Why were we not called? Instead these items were thrown away. Will never stay there again.

Review 29：I don't recommend this facility unless you are desperate for somewhere to stay, even if you pay a lot more for a different accommodation. We were on a tight budget as we were making a long cross-country trip. Our room was dirty and in very poor physical condition... had to ask the housekeeper to change the linens daily...otherwise they didn't. Holes in walls were badly repaired and not repainted... cockroaches were nesting behind the mini-fridge, and the A/C had been knocked off its stand mount and tilted so that it didn't vent properly, thus froze the pipes which then backed up and leaked all over the carpet...a massive flood. Finally got repaired on second of 8 days there. Beds were not uncomfortable, but the a/c blows right on them and my son and I both caught a cold as a result...it was quite hot otherwise. Pool is small. There were a lot of transient construction workers staying there who liked to drink and talk loudly outside the room until late at night. Will not stay there again as this is NOT a good value at any price, even free.

Review 30：Location was about the only thing this facility has going for it. Located near the Golden Triangle shopping area of Denton. Breakfast offered waffle makers, cereal and a very limited pastry selection, plus bread for toast. On some days hot biscuits and gravy was also offered. Good Tex-Mex restaurant next door with good prices.

Review 31：Upon check in at this dump, we paid for a week. We were traveling with 2 chihuahuas, which we paid a hefty pet fee per night. I took great care to make sure the dogs did not make any messes in the room. While we were out I got a phone call from the "manager" saying the dogs were barking and if I didn't come in 15 minutes they were calling animal control, which they did. The maid had apparantly opened the door when there was a do not disturb sign and the dogs started barking. To make a long story short, we left and got a partial refund. These people are rude, unprofessional, and the motel is a real dump. Stay away!!!!

I won't take another chance with this chain period!

Review 64：When we first entered the "family suite" the first thing we noticed was the smell of the carpets and the stains. The room was seperated with two large beds and a door in between. The one side had the bathroom the other had the kitchenette. There were only two large bath towels for 5 people. The heater/air in the one room did not work. It was cool enough that we needed heat on both sides of the family suite and they did bring an extra blanket which they informed us they did not know if they had any extras. We complained and they said they would fix the heater the next day. What good did that do for the first night? We complained and they said we could leave the next day and they would only charge us for two nights. I told them we had not even been there one night and I would give them a crappy review. They called the room back and stated you can come and get your refund and check out by 11:00. They charged for one night and refunded the rest. They were not going to refund due to the fact we had booked through booking.com. This was the worst room I have ever encountered. There was enough dust on the hair dryer for several months of not having cleaned. The stain on one part of the carpet was about 3 feet in diameter. Gross. I do not know what the regular rooms were like but do not go near the "suites."

Review 67：Well I arrived early for check in during race weekend. The front deskwas very accommodating along with the cleaning staff. They made us feelvery welcome and I will make sure I stay there again.

Review 69：I had no car and I would have liked to take a bus downtown for the day.I was told there was no bus service nearby. I spent the day in my motelroom. Later I found there was a bus stop half a block away. I was verydissapointed that I did not get to see all the shops downtown.
