Review 1：The most beautiful room I was in Romania, everything is new and clean, good breakfast, excellent spa treatments, I am sure will come back again to the hotel

Review 28：the staff on the beach - lousy! you have to wait 20 min for anything. We paid lots close to 1000 euro for 3 nights and we wanted to check out, we had to wait for the cleaning lady to say if the apt was ok. She called the reception saying that a hanger was missing. Obviously, she didn't look properly and after few seconds she called again saying that she found it and all was fine. I don't think that a person able to pay that much money for a hotel would need a 50 cents hanger to bring home... Anyway, 5 stars hotel with 2 stars staff...

Review 29：The Saigon Apt is GORGEOUS! Breakfast has all you need for a healthy, delicious meal. The beach is wide, clean and well organised. The spa center - amazing! The staff in the restaurant - PERFECT!! Made us feel welcomed every time we had something to eat or drink!

Review 30：- Upon arrival, nobody at the reception told us anything about beach vouchers or towels. We went on the beach, sat on some random chaise- longues on the beach and after one and a half hour the guys attending the beach came to move us to a different place, because apparently each room has its own chaise-longues. It took them almost two hours to see us, although everything was empty. It was weird and uncomfortable.

Towels you have 2 in room do not forget them onthe beach as you pay 25 euro per each breakfast poor for a 5 star hotelbeach pretty far arkadia hotel more close The curtains not obturatelight there are cheap for a 5 star hotel (there are not like in Mariottor Hilton) non smoking in the rooms only on balkony alow if you notrespect the rule (you get 500 euro fine and kik out like jail ) if youwant check in 12 o clock and not 4 pm for 4 hours they ask you 20 euroextra spa prices high for romania usualy rate cheap comparing witheurope rate all the nightlife of mamaia very far is a hotel for 60 yearsold plus . prices of ACCOMODATION(like Mariott or Hilton) but I wouldnot book this hotel again even at half price . Do not pay this pricethere are other 5 star hotel in mamaia same price.

Review 34：The service is the worse I've ever seen. First of all they obligedme to pay the whole stay at check in. Some of the employees do not speakenglish. The night we arrived there was a marriage so we could not havedinner in the restaurant and there was very loud music during all night.In the last day, I asked to check out 30 min later, meaning at 12.30. Atbreakfast I asked an expresso at I was told that they can provide it butI have to pay. At 12.15 someone called from the reception asking if Iintended to stay one more night...when the hotel was practically empty.
