Review 1：The toilet and tub in a very small area,closet like. Limited clothes storage. No glass to rinse after brushing teeth. probably would call this more like a Hyatt Express if there was such a thing.

Bathroom so small that if a person were large/overweight it would be uncomfortable to use as door came within a few inches of toilet.

Hot water in tea dispenser was lukewarm. Cushions on sofa in hotel room were snagged in several places. Property is a little worn down so I probably will not ever stay here again.

Review 35：Mae booked and printed reservation saying queen beds. No queen beds in the facility only full size. The air conditioner was a wall unit so the bed by the unit was bad. The room smelled like stool and the toilet gurgled. The bathroom shower toilet area was very small.

Review 39：The hotel was very clean and beautiful, the pool was exceptionally warm, the beds were very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful! My only complaints are the breakfast was a major disappointment and they added charges on to my card when there were no additional purchases and when I asked the staff about it they said it was for "incidentals" such as room service etc. we did not order anything additional and the charges for the "incidentals" was never returned to my card still to this day!

The room was hot at times during the night when the a.c. would turn off and you could not adjust the room temperature as it was preset by the hotel.
