Review 1：4th floor room with no lift! Noisy AC unit blew into the only bathroom ventilation, so like a sauna. Impossible to sit outside. Mosquitoes in the wardrobe. Lousy coffee. Might suit backpackers on a tight budget

Review 7：The best thing is the localization - 2 minutes by feet and there's the beach. The room was comfortable and with air conditioner and safe box (pretty cool to put the passport and other important documents so you don't have to bother about while enjoying your trip). The ladies at the receptions were really nice and cheerful that makes the environment pretty cool. :)

Review 11：The personal was great, everybody does 100% what we needed they were more than welcome. The hotel is just about one minute to the sea, all rooms are front sea and they are really clean and nice. We received two bottles of water and new towels everyday. And the massages are awesome!

Not the accomodations fault but just so people know the town itself is far from everything, you have to spend over 500 baht to go anywhere in a taxi, there isn't much in the town itself only the beach and a few restaurants and beach sides stalls
Review 15：The room was nice and big, with good aircon and a tv with a few English speaking channels, And a fridge. No bugs! And a balcony to dry clothes on. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach and restaurants
Review 16：The water from the sink is brown and smells funny, I think it comes directly from the river... The breakfast was a negotiation, it started poorly and it increased by with the days, you have to ask for it, as there is no buffet but the receptionists makes it for you...In the neighbourhood there are only taxies to go places (Naithon is quiet and lovely but near nothing!) and to book excursions you cannot from any place there unless you are in bigger hotels! So it is ok if you are in 2 or more but alone (like me) it´ll coast you loads unless you rent one of the many scooters for rent there.

Review 31：It's the 3rd time I have stayed here.It is comfy, close to the beach all for a good price.The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a three minute walk to the beach.In my opinion one of the best beaches in Phuket. Very relaxed and water quality good. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is basic, cup of coffee or tea, some toast and jam and various slices of fruit. Enough for a good start to the day. They have a well run Spa offering good rates. Most of the customers are from the 5 star hotel across the road. The local restaurant across the road offers excellent Thai food and is inexpensive. Will I be back most definitely.
Review 32：Very noisy conditioner, hard to sleep. No elevator and 4 floors for you to climb up. Wasteland near the hotel, with trash and smell of dead animals. Only 2 fruit kiosks on the Naithon beach, but prices are adequate. Several cafes around, choice is not great. Very far from Patong (almost one hour driving) so if you like a choice of massage and food go to another place. The car parking is just a sideway but they say about a private parking, it's a lie.
Review 33：A small hotel located on a very good beach Naithon far from Patong (35km drive) and Phuket town (30km drive). Not so many people around. The room is big enough for two, very big bed, small balcony with a sink. All rooms have a seaview. Massage is in the lobby, price is bearable.

Review 36：Front of the hotel (a massage parlor) and the manageress (an atypically agressive Thai--"why you get here so early? Check in not for two hours yet") are both a bit offputting initially, but the hotel itself is clean, bug free (if one leaves the doors closed), has a balcony with a sink for rinsing bathing suits and snorkels, a safe, a fridge, two single beds with spring mattresses, Tv and private bath, and the manageress is extremely helpful. Just a five minute walk from beach (visible just down the road through glass balcony door). Snorkeling only at high tide. Petite dejuner of fruit, coffee, juice, and white toast included. We went to restaurant/store across street three days in a row for our evening meal, water, and snacks.

You could while away many an hour watching the lifeguards rescuing ignorant Russians who seem to make it their aim in life to ignore warnings!

Whilst not on the sea front, the beach was only a very short walk away, and I could see the sea from my balcony plus the sunset. Also the balcony incorporated a sink and electric plugs which was ideal for an alfresco early coffee prior to the official included breakfast.
Review 75：The location was perfect - less than a minute walk to the beach and 'town' - excellent restaurant opposite with wide selection of food - our room was spotlessly clean and it seemed like we had clean sheets every day?! Sai (receptionist, breakfast maker and generally in charge) was very good. Very good massage spa on site. Breakfast was simple (fruit,toast,juice, tea & coffee) but that was all that was needed. Excellent for the price.

Review 124：Stayed here for one night as it was near the airport (15 mins by taxi). Excellent value for money, 5 mins walk to the beach. Large clean room, everything working and modern. would definetely stay here again if I was in the area
