Reviews for Seatac Crest Motor Inn

Review 1:When I was checking in, he couldn't find my reservation, 3 hours before the check out, he didn't let me have my friend come upstairs in my room. 15 min after checkout time, 11:15am, he was banging my door & yelling me they will charge me another day if I won't check out ASAP. Rude staff members.

Review 2:Location

Review 3:The indian woman who didnt understand my medical pain. Im beginning to think that it may be cultural because of past experience, but the treatment towards me was exceptionally awefull. I accidentally picked up the merchant receipt instead of the customer receipt and she reacted violently. I don't know why she is in this job responsibility if she is this rude and lack sensitivity

Review 4:I met up with a lady who's got a room there. Gave me a garlic bulb she said was gonna ease my abdominal pain. She was the best thing that ever happened to me that night. Her name is Judy. Plus the guy that called 911 for me. He looks east indian

Review 5:This is a terrible place. We had to have the door key rekeyed 3 times, the remote to the television had to reprogrammed once. Very poorly maintained. Very small room - just enough to walk around the bed. Carpet was wet on one side of the bed due to air conditioner leak. Bathtub was dirty. They charged more than the price on the Internet. Carpets filthy in room and in halls. Do yourself a favor and DON'T STAY HERE.

Review 6:Location was the only good thing.

Review 7:Shower blocked up and not fixed properly just one try to clear the shower drain with a toilet plunger !

Review 8:Close to airport and free shuttle. Plenty of places to eat nearby including a goof diner (Dave's Diner)

Review 9:It wasn't totally bad but our sink was clogged and when i told the front desk and they said okay and that was the end of it. The beds weren't comfortable towels weren't clean and staff seemed like they were doing us a favor to stay.

Review 10:Poor English and was charged more than my receipt from booking.com said. The guy at front desk finally refunded me the difference. Internet poor and bed linen extremely worm/thin. A/C stopped running about 5 am.

Review 11:Hotel had no idea I was coming. Nothing from booking.com!

Review 12:Hotel room was worn. Bathroom fixture hanging from the ceiling. Telephone did not work. Waited 30+ minutes at 9:00 pm for a clean room. Hotel shuttle leaves when they choose, and not on posted schedule.

Review 13:Location. Close to the airport.

Review 14:Bad beds, dirty, vomit on curtin (which they cleaned when asked), poor hot water, old tv, roomed smelled like pine-sol. We washed all clothes and took showers when we got home, just in case.

Review 15:Cheapest hotel I could find.

Review 16:Everything was disgusting, The bed was falling apart and stuffing was coming out. The included "breakfast" was a slice of a muffin. Holes in the wall, counter in bathroom was falling off the wall, rust in sink and bathtub, shower curtain was disgusting.

Review 17:It was close to safeco field

Review 18:I am not at all picky but this room was so filthy I could not bring myself to walk on the carpet without wearing shoes.

Review 19:The checkin staff was nice and efficient.

Review 20:Our room wasn't even cleaned from the previous guests, we had dirty sheets on an unmade bed, dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom , it was absolutely disgusting

Review 21:Unclean, had to call to have toilet seat cleaned of excrement. Towels so thin, soap, shampoo in packets--shame. If it was a $40.00 room I wouldn't complain, we were ripped off. Worst room I have ever been in. Had to bring in a lamp from the sitting area so we could read. Shame

Review 22:floor was not clean, air conditioner very noisy, had fridge but no microwave, no coffee making in room, no hair dryer, "breakfast" was only coffee & muffin, had toaster but no bread, tv worked put remote control did not, room smelled heavily of deodorizer. Price was discounted but still not worth it. Will not stay there again.

Review 23:Location was convenient to SeaTac and transportation to and from SeaTac was good.

Review 24:Absolute worst hotel I've stayed in in a long time. It took the van45 minutes to come pick me up from the airport. 35 minutes to check inand the staff was beyond rude. The hotel was dirty, dingy and stinky. IfSeatac wasn't sold out, I would have walked out and just sucked uplosing my money. It was that bad. Only stay at this hotel if every hotelis sold out within a 100 mile radius and taken over by zombies.

Review 25:Near the airport.

Review 26:I was checked in by a gentleman who was a former employee looking to pick up his final check. He was absolutely the best part of my experience. I had just gotten off a plane home from CHI >> SEA. The other lady at the counter eventually re-ran my credit card that I had pre paid online and said "You're lucky I'm giving you this rate." Miserable service. Absolutely miserable.

Review 27:Nothing. Zero Things.

Review 28:The room didn't seem to be really clean;sheets wee wrinkled and seemed to have been reused from previous guest, sheets mismatched on bed, water in tub barely drained,

Review 29:The light over the sink in the bathroom and the good selection of cable TV channels. Free and readily airport transportation 24/7.

Review 30:Lacking a little customer service orientation. While our checkin procedure was fine, the manager didn't show the same level of care with another family checking in at the same time. Can't really complain as he was pleasant enough to us however it was a little distressing seeing the rude treatment of other guests by said manager.

Review 31:Basic but clean room except the fridge! We only needed an overnight stop before our flight, so fine for that. Proximity and free shuttle service to airport excellent (driver very friendly, other members of staff could do with following his example).

Review 32:Sheets had a hole in them, comforter was rather used, I don't know what you call it but you know when you have washed something too many times and things are worn out and little beads of fabric are sticking out all over it. The "free breakfast" for all the guests consisted of a small pan with about 10 muffins sliced in thirds, stale muffins.

Review 33:The price, large bed.

Review 34:Just like my headline says, you get what you pay for. It was extremely dated. We asked for one extra pillow and they were able to find one after a while of looking. What hotel only has one spare hotel for the entire hotel?

Review 35:Location next to airport is the only good thing to mention.

Review 36:The first room they gave us had luggage in it! Like it was already rented! The second room....The beds!!! OMG!! Horrible!! The bed was practically folded in half thats how sunk in the center was! At that point it was too late to find anything else.

Review 37:The fact it did have smoking rooms! It was good for the last second reservation.

Review 38:The owner/manager was awful and I mean awful! There was no"good morning" or thank you for staying with us but rather"you need a ride to the airport" and was dropped off at thebus stop outside the airport

Review 39:The van driver and check in gal were very very nice and helpful.

Review 40:Hotel was very dirty and reeked of cigarette smoke. Supposibly got a non smoking room, but the cigarette butt under the bed and burn hole in the comforter showed otherwise. Screen for the window was laying on the floor. Bathroom was nasty with hair and mildew making their appearance known. Both beds had broken supports and sagged. Would never stay here again.

Review 41:Close to the airport.

Review 42:Room so so small, change in price from. I also had a 5 year old child in the room and the room had no screen and we were on the third floor.

Review 43:Nothing had a horrible experience would never ever go back!!!!

Review 44:The room wasn't very clean. The only way in and out of the hotel is one door and it got stuck off its hinges or something so I couldn't leave. Was asked many times in a row what room we were in when we went out and about within a very short time frame. Beds were really hard and not comfortable. The sheets fell of the bed because they were the wrong size. The hot water was turned off and the knob was disconnected on the sink. Was told no visitors with us "after hours".

Review 45:the location

Review 46:Everything. My door couldn't even close properly and had to be shimmed with pieces of paper to get it to lock in place. The sink was literally ripping out of the wall. The TV buttons were all broken. The bed that I slept on had cigarette burns all on the comforter and sheets even though it was a non smoking room. The walls were dirty and looked like the room was never cleaned due to all the footprints and stains everywhere.

Review 47:I liked nothing about this room except it was a place to stay for a night.

Review 48:The room was dirty, it looked like nobody really cleaned my toilet and the remote was somewhere underneath my duvet.

Review 49:The motel was close to the transit system

Review 50:My room filthy had food in small fridge still bath tub had hair in several spots in shower water was off for three hours drug paraphernalia under desk

Review 51:That I only stayed one day

Review 52:Worst experience by far. First off they charged us more than what was originally posted online. second, they gave us a room with people still in the room. Third, after they gave us another room, we got to it, opened it and it was as if i had stepped into a room in process of being torn down. In addition the elecator felt like it was going to fall apart at any second. The staff was not the best, sort of rude and just didnt seem to care much for anything but their own conversation

Review 53:Nothing! I hated it all. Worst and never again will i be coming back to this place.

Review 54:i didn't like the how dirty the floors and the elevator was. My room didn't smell good at all. And the breakfast in the morning was the worst. Nine small halves of muffins and some coffee. The worst breakfast ever.

Review 55:I liked the price the location and the staff the young lady that helped was amazing.

Review 56:Old TV, room didn't have channel guide, shower to small with torn curtain. To far away from the WI-FI had to go to the lobby toget any reception at all. Bathroom sink clogs and no preasure. No veteran discount.

Review 57:Big room, king size bed with extra pillows. Shower water hot and plenty of preasure.

Review 58:The breakfast was a Donut with coffee and not a continental breakfast. as it was announced. They didn't have a plate for the Donut. Only paper napkins. This was poor. I will not recomend this place for others.

Review 59:The beds are horrible and the when management was contacted bout issue he to me. To check out.I've have back problems for 4 days now and can't return to work any time soon.

Review 60:Nothing at all

Review 61:Elevator to 1/2 floor above ours then down a 1/2 flight of stairs then around outside walk to room. If you are traveling with large luggage make sure you can lift them easily. Burn holes in quilt. Shortage of bath linens. Terrible TV. Did not appear clean. Wife would not even have coffee as "breakfast" area not clean. If you arrive by auto you will have to pay extra $6.95 for parking. Appears to be frequented by one night or hour stands.

Review 62:The room smelled of urine and the carpet was wet. There was a bag of drugs behind the night stand, syringe caps under the mattress and fast food containers molding under one of the beds. It was DISGUSTING! Staff refused to give us another room. We left without being refunded. Do not go there!

Review 63:Staff was not particularly courteous. Facilities were sub-par. Had trouble getting the shuttle to pick me up at airport. One shuttle has the name of a competing hotel. Lost a very expensive set of sunglasses, suspect hotel staff. Staff was neither sympathetic nor particularly helpful about the lost sunglasses. It's a dump and it wasn't worth the money I saved. My advice: Pay $20 more and stay at the Quality Inn.

Review 64:Convenient to airport and restaurants.

Review 65:Room was very old and in poor condition. Peephole in door had been removed and covered up. Large mattress put a small bedframe. No drawers anywhere. Very old TV. Wi-Fi nonexistent. Not very clean. Free breakfast was coffee and a muffin. Would never stay there again.

Review 66:Close distance to airport

Review 67:They are uptight chepskates and scam artists. I had a person who left his wallet at my last motel room come by to pick it up for less than 5 minutes and was told that this was considered an extra staying guest and that this was reason to keep the cash deposit I left at check in. The refrigerator in the room smelled like rot and there isn't even a stated policy on the check in form you sign that states anyone that comes over will forfeit your deposit.

Review 68:It was by the airport. There was a shuttle that took me to the airport from the motel. The key was very new and interesting. A little microchip on it opens the door. But the doors don't have any security latches and all they offered was a do not disturb sign for the door to keep them from entering.

Review 69:It could do with new double or triple glazed windows especially on airport side

Review 70:The position was as is the staff were fairly good and helped me out in my hour of need a trip to hospital my own fault I'm type 2 diabetic

Review 71:Upon arrival the only room available was room 107. What a horrible disgusting room. The light fixture between the beds was hanging by its wire and out of order. The carpet was filthy, room smelled like urine when AC was on. The next day I was moved to room 411 which was much better.

Review 72:The price was attractive

Review 73:Lots of rules posted up. They charge you pernight for Parking even if you are not flying, and the price is not included in booking.com room price. One roll of toilet paper, the light bulb was too big for the lamp it hung out Of the lamp. Some cheese stuff was stuck to the bathroom floor. No one comes in and services your room and gives you fresh towels. The elevator is old and scary it moves when you get on it. Room was non smoking and it smelled like ciggeretts. Sheets were stained...what else? Very complicated way to get to our room all stairwells are only for emergencys so you have to take the creepy elevator. If you are in your room for more then 10 minutes there is no refund.

Review 74:no bed bugs :)

Review 75:no microwave in the room and breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Review 76:clean room, comfortable bed. My reservation had not arrived but they found me a room anyway

Review 77:For a quiet room we could hear every plane that went over, the breakfast consisted of 4 stale muffins that had been cut in half, and as we wanted to leave some for others we had 3 halves and coffee that could have been there for a while. The bathtap dribbled constantly so there was a background noise of running water all the time. The washcloth provided was full of holes and the pillows were pretty much non existant. There is a 'no-refund' policy after ten minutes in the room and I can see why. Expensive, no value for money and we spent most of the time laughing as to how bad it was.

Review 78:Close to airport, and really that is the only positive thing to say.

Review 79:Breakfast was included in the price, however it occured that it is just a coffee and a muffin. Motel mysteriously surprised us with half-empty bottle of wine that appeared in our fridge in the room while we was out in the city.

Review 80:Stayed for two nights. No maid service had to go to desk for clean towels. "Free breakfast" was muffins cut in half. TV in bedroom had no outlet to plug into and cable had no end on cord. Hair dryer didn't work. Shower curtain lying on floor when we arrived. Very dissatisfied.

Review 81:Room very basic, carpet coming up under window. Bath towels very light/cheap It was like living on a very small budget

Review 82:Service to airport was good

Review 83:The rooms show no care to them. Holes in walls, mismatched furniture, lumpy old pillows, the bedroom window faced and was 6ft away from parked cars, creeky floors, I could hear every move of the person above me. Would not recommend.

Review 84:old furniture, bad smell of room, dozens of cigarette burns on bedspread(non-smoking room), very noisy from traffic.

Review 85:location in relation to the airport

Review 86:there was no locks on door. stains on couch, didn't know what it was. windows didn't lock. room was never cleaned while we were there, I'll never go there again, I'll sleep in my car first.

Review 87:nothing.

Review 88:I din't like the location, the parking and the charged that I will pay for parking. I din't like that there is a hidden charges. When I booked online the charged that was confirmed was only 76.93 but when I got the motel front desk I ended up paying more than 89.00 dollars and we have to wait for 20 minutes because the room was still dirty and they have to clean it up. The front desk employee didn't ask her people to clean the room right away because I called first before coming to the motel and informed her(Tina) that I made a reservation online already and make sure if the room is really available to check in right away. It wasn't available right away. The front desk employee her name was Tina wasn't that friendly and the guy employee too. I was not satisfied with my stay. If it wasn't late night and I have more choices I will definitely cancel my booking and look for a better one. Very bad experience for me, the very bad thing that I didn't like is the surprise charges. The front desk people should explain to the guest what the charges are especially if the guest will call first before coming to the location/motel. I didn't know that there is a miscellaneous of $4.00 dollars and parking fee which is 6.99 per night. I know it wasn't much but the point is there is a hidden charges or surprise charge. So far this is the only motel that I know of that charge parking fee. My experience of 20 years I've been going to a hotel/motel this is the first time I encountered. I don't mind about charges whatever the charge is but the most that I don't like is surprise charges or hidden charges. I will not recommend this motel to anyone unless you are so desperate to find a place to stay. This is my overall experience and for the others you are entitled to say what your experience.

Review 89:None

Review 90:-bad condition -upkeep is poor -breakfast is just coffee and half-muffins in a bin -stained comforter, I just took it off the bed to sleep -wifi was hard to use but was available

Review 91:-near the airport -free airport shuttle -cheap -fine for the 8 hours we were there just to sleep after getting in very late -surprised to see a minifridge and microwave in the room -bed sheets and pillow smelled freshly washed

Review 92:The room was falling apart! Lights didn't turn on, holes in ceiling, no water pressure, T.V. Didn't work. This place is barely hanging on... It felt like a scam to me because for the same price or less you can get motel 6 which never disappoints when it come to the basics. Plus their free breakfast was terrible. This was the worst motel I've stayed in and paid just as much as going to red lion! PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Review 93:I liked that this motel is online so I can right a bad review so that others can avoid this place!

Review 94:Just the worn down effect needs to be updated and made fresh.

Review 95:The free airport shuttle, free wifi. The room was comfortable and got a restful sleep. Coffee in the morning is nice. Walking distance to restaurants.

Review 96:They advertised free long term parking for one week with one night stay....this is only if you reserve directly with them, not with online booking. Parking was additional. Breakfast was coffee and Costco muffins cut in thirds. Desk clerk (male) not friendly. Very run down and stinky.

Review 97:The van driver was very courtious. We had two, one coming and one going.

Review 98:Staff behind the counter was disrespectful by finding all sorts of excuses for not charging agreed online amount. Only after I told them that I was walking back to the airport did they honor the reservation. Getting taken for a ride and treated like an idiot is no fun after a long day of travel. Though the location is great, I will not go there again. Not worth the hassle.

Review 99:Free shuttle is nice.

Review 100:We pretty much disliked the whole place. The woman who checked us in was unfriendly. We were informed that there was no crib for our 11-week-old baby, although I had specifically requested one. The room had a puddle of something on the carpet, which I can only hope was from the air conditioner. When the people upstairs walked across their floor (and I don't think they were stomping), there was all sorts of creaking and other racket and it sounded as if the ceiling would cave in at any moment. The air conditioner was so cold we could only leave it on for a few minutes at a time, as it blew a jet stream of freezing air across the room. Then, when we turned it off, the room would warm up almost immediately. The air conditioner did serve to drown out all the noise in the hallway, where people were carrying on loud conversations (or was it coming from the front desk area?) late in the evening. My pillow smelled like mildew (and there were only two pillows on the bed to begin with), so I laid on my back all night. Even then, I had to smell the comforter, which smelled like chlorine and wet dog. It was a miserable night of little sleep and every time I woke up to check on the baby, I was relieved to see the hours ticking away before we could leave. I felt like I needed a shower after sleeping in that bed.

Review 101:The bathroom appeared clean enough. However, as we were leaving very early in the morning, I didn't even use the shower. The location relative to SeaTac Airport is really the only thing this place has going for it. The tv was one of those big, bulky old tvs, but it worked just fine.

Review 102:Shuttle took forever to come (45 minutes). Better off just walking. The AC in my room kept turning off on its own, and wouldn't turn back on for some time, making sleep very difficult.

Review 103:Cheap rate, close to the airport, high volume shower

Review 104:1. I was given a "non-smoking room" but the room had cigarette smell. Also, I found a couple of cigarette butts under the bed!!! 2. The airconditioning was horrible. 3. The bathroom looks like a trailer bathroom 4. The bathroom vent fan cover was dangling and whoever cleaned the room prior to my occupancy never bothered to put the cover back in place. 5. The bathroom sink does not drain properly. I estimated that it took about 10 minutes before the sink fully drains.

Review 105:The couch in the room had suspicious stains, and though I didn't see any other disagreeable stains on the bed, I didn't feel comfortable sleeping in the room but I didn't really have a choice at that point! I would pay a little more in the future to stay at a cleaner room in another hotel.

Review 106:The staff at the entrance handling my checki-in were friendly

Review 107:The staff was friendly and accommodating. I did not like the fact that parking was charged separately - this service should be complementary.

Review 108:The room was ok, even though the maid did skip cleaning it one day. The WiFi connection was good.

Review 109:we had a squeaky bed that seemed it would fall apart at any moment. I did not think the staff was very friendly or helpful. The hotel needs updating then it will be a very nice hotel. I'm not sure if there was a pool I did not see one and the staff did not mention it.

Review 110:Free wifi large rooms cold air conditioning

Review 111:Our room smelled like something had died in it. When we asked front desk to be moved to a room that had a tolerable smell, they said we would have to upgrade and pay more. The sheets weren't clean, the blanket and cover were disgusting. Would not recommend. If you need to be close to the airport, there are other options right around there. Wish I had shopped around a bit more before booking this hotel.

Review 112:The fact that room was not cleaned each day unless requested ( didn't know that policy).

Review 113:Very close to the airport and shuttle to and from the airport was helpful.

Review 114:Dirty & Rude. The carpet is ripped up, bugs in the lights, and so many stains on the carpets and walls where do I begin. Oh- don't pack your hair dryer or phone charger, the outlets are so worn out, you can't plug anything in. We had to ask for towels to take a shower and there isn't breakfast. If there was, the rats must have beat us to it. Sleep on the streets and save your money.

Review 115:Communication in English can be somewhat difficult with the staff as they speak near-fluent English but heavily accented. Nothing that can't be worked through though!

Review 116:We were traveling from.out of state and needed a last minute reservation. This motel had rooms and was very welcoming. The location is 3 blocks from the light rail and we traveled all over Seattle this way. You can choose to walk the three blocks or have them shuttle you for free. The price is well worth the size of the room.

Review 117:3 of 4 lights didn't work. bed sheets would not stay on the bed, holes in the wall TV remote did not work no grout between bathroom tiles should I go on?

Review 118:Available by chance. Good staff.

Review 119:the worst breakfast I've ever seen: pieces of cupcakes with weak coffee that tastes like water, I was assigned a room in another building that's connected to the main building with corridor. They should have told me in advance. Poor wifi

Review 120:Close to the airport relatively many choices for dining like taco bell and other fast food restaurants

Review 121:Nothing. I told my husband about it and he said it sounds like we found a new place to stay when we travel again.

Review 122:I loved the 4th floor and having the windows open for the breeze while I slept....The staff made checking in very easy and were very courteous. I was needing lodging while my husband had heart surgery and the motel was located within 30 min of the hospital and dining close by and I felt safe staying at the motel.

Review 123:The chain lock in the door was broken, tv broken, breakfast was banana bread and coffee only and the room needed a better vacuum job done

Review 124:Comfortable bed

Review 125:That we were charged twice! Once from booking.com then again at the hotel. They told us that booking.com doesn't charge and that they had to personally run our card. I'm pregnant and had a very long layover in Seattle. So instead of staying in the airport we wanted to get some rest. Couldn't do that there sense everything was so dirty I didn't even dare to lay in the bed or even sit on the chair. So I chose what I think they considered the fridge to sit on.

Review 126:Nothing, nothing was worth liking.

Review 127:Did not live up to their ad. Weak coffee and 1/2 muffin is not a continental breakfast. Facilities old. Should be on the 2-star list.

Review 128:location, staff pleasant

Review 129:Waited for over an hour for pickup. Had to call 7 times Room was too hot upon check in waited another hour for it to cool down. Room was filthy and stinks! Breakfast consisted of small muffin cut in half.

Review 130:Close to airport

Review 131:Breakfast consisted of muffins cut in half and coffee. No juice fruit etc. Essentially no internet. Found Days Inn and used that. Very poor looking establishment.

Review 132:Shuttle service was pretty good

Review 133:Hotel rooms was dirty, smelly. A/C did not work. Shower drain was plugged. Front lock was replaced improperly to the point that there was a hole near it and you could see through it. Will not use sea trac hotels again no mater what the price.

Review 134:Front desk staff & shuttle driver were very polite and friendly

Review 135:The room was old, the staff didn't change out my linens frequently. But, you get what you pay for.

Review 136:The size of the room was excellent. And the bathroom look renovated.

Review 137:Stayed here as a last option because everything else was booked and I was pleasantly surprised. A decent option if you just need a place to crash for the night.
