Review 1：We specified earlier that we would be paying in cash but they ran our card anyway. We paid in cash upon departure but we are having to wait on the void to process (5-7 days) because they did not wait on our payment.
Review 2：Location, court yard view, size of the room, and the breakfast were all pleasant...also, even though we didn't get a chance to use, knowing there is an indoor pool/hot tub is a plus.
Review 3：The 2 nights we stayed here there was no hot water.We were told by reception on 3 occasions that it will be repaired shortly, but it was still off when we left. To be fair the manager did only charge us for 1 night but we had to complain first.

Review 6：My booking was missed and I was charged twice with this hotel. This meant losing money through the exchange rates and also when arriving at the hotel there was no room ready for us! With two young kids - this was not what I expected or needed! The staff were excellent in arranging this but for a short while we were concerned.

Review 8：Rugs- need to be replaced. Elevator rug should just be ripped up and leave an unfinished floor. Bathroom was a little old which made it feel dirty, but it wasn't.

Review 12：Someone above us on the 3rd floor was taking a shower late at night and the noise awoke me. Nothing else was distracting or bad in any way. There was a huge thunderstorm going through Amarillo that night and we slept right through it.
Review 13：Good location by the interstate. It had elevators to get to 2nd floor, something I appreciated very much. The room had comfortable beds and plenty of space. There was a refrigerator. Breakfast was good.
Review 14：Nothing worthy of complaint, and to be fair, they were completely booked, so some of these details may not normally be missed. Non-smoking room had been smoked in, but odor wasn't too bad, quickly becoming unnoticed after initial entry. Only three towels in spite of advance reservation for two adults and two children. Towels in pool area used-up from day before on first morning, then completely missing, on second morning. (Immediately supplied on request.) Styrofoam, paper and plastic breakfast-ware, and precooked scrambled egg patties rather than freshly scrambled eggs, not terrible, but contributed to a more "average" impression of the complementary breakfast. (Waffle-maker was a popular plus for many, though.)

Review 19：We arrived late and our reservation was upgraded to a suite. That was a great luxury since we had a long travel day with two boys (10 and 11). The extra space to spread out and relax was amazing. The hotel was clean, the indoor pool was well kept, and the free breakfast was a nice perk. Great value in I-40 area.
Review 20：When we arrived (after a 9 hour drive), the lone girl at the front deskmoved at a snail's pace to get us checked in... She seemed confused.The room we were given was already occupied and we had to haul all ourluggage and 2 small kids back down to the front desk to get it sortedout. The room (when we finally got it) smelled musty, the bathroom wasmoldy, and the "blankets" had rips and holes in them. I willdefinitely not be staying here again, and am very disappointed inbooking.com for calling this a 3 star hotel. The "hot"breakfast consisted of frozen items which were microwaved before placingon the buffet line. I doubt that I'll ever trust booking.com againwhen it comes to getting a hotel room for my family.

Yours was the only one that offered a special for $89.00 a night; every other hotel in the vivinity was over $100.00 a night. The room was quiet, immaculately clean, and the bed was so comfortable! I loved the location because it set back from the interstate just enought to be a little secluded and quieter than most. THe buffet breakfast was AMAZING!!!!! What a treat and a bargain to get such an excellent meal with my stay. Your hotel had CLASS and was lovely.

We stayed at a Best Western Plus in Santa Fe,which is a much more touristy spot and the place was less expensive andexcellent! This place needs serious remodeling. Review 47：Although the property is beginning to show its age, we are never disappointed in our stay at this facility. We stayed at Ashmore on our way to and from our Fall trip to Colorado. We have stayed there many times. The hotel is clean, quiet and the staff is helpful. Also enjoy the complimentary Happy Hour. As far as breakfast, it is better than most of the free breakfasts you find at other hotels.

Review 50：The only issue I have however, are the beds. Each time we've stayed, there are four pillows. Two firm, two soft. They are good quality and people like them enough that you can buy them. They just strain my neck more than anything, the mattresses are firm. This isn't an issue if you have a good pillow though, I would just bring one from home
Review 51：My husband and I actually came back for our 1st anniversary this year. Last year we got married in the court yard gazebo. They are excellent with events, last minuet changes, and will help in any way possible. They are a wonderful venue and have a lot to offer. The staff has always been friendly and professional and I've enjoyed my time there as a guest. They seem to be on top of repairs or maintainence problems, housekeeping does a wonderful job (I'm a housekeeper for a church of about 10,000 that has very high standards) the desk people are very polite, the rooms are worth what you pay, the swimming and gym facility are kept up with, the landscaping is usually in good condition, I can't really find much wrong with this hotel

Review 53：This hotel is off the highway overlooking a small lake which was a nice surprise! Room was a decent size. Comfortable bed. We had happy hour drinks and nachos in the lobby which was also a nice surprise. Free limo service to and from the Big Texan Steak Ranch (great place to have dinner and drinks).
