Review 1：Staff do not speak good English and seemed to avoid serving us if they could leave it for somebody else, this meant we were left waiting a long time for service. Also breakfast was terrible and all stone cold.

Review 3：We loved our stay here. We were treated like family by the amazing staff. The rooms are out of this world. The bed was the most comfortable I have slept in in Asia. This is a countryside hotel but there is a bus that goes to the city every evening.
Review 4：Well, it is a bit old and had a lot of weird things about it. I had one of the rooms with the tree in it. I leaned down to find something out of my suitcase and came up hitting my head on a tree limb! The lighting in the room was very poor. I saw a few bugs from outside that were crawling around. I then changed rooms. They put me in a very cool looking all glass room, but that meant either you were on display for everyone or had to keep all the curtains closed all the time. The restaurant was fair and always empty. I moved out of the hotel after the first night to be closer in town. But they were very nice about it all and very helpful.
Review 5：This is an interesting place, for sure. After looking at it online, I was very intrigued with all the different rooms. And, overall it is pretty cool. The outdoor dining area for breakfast was very pretty. The location, if you want to be a bit out of town and nearer the national park is really nice.
Review 6：The place is just.......strange. There have been 7 previous reviews. That is probably all the people who have ever stayed there. It was deserted and we felt very out of place. It's quite a bit out of town 25 min in a cab which may explain this. Can't fault the staff, rooms or facilities.......just weird.

Review 8：It's in the middle of nowhere and no one knows how to get there from the city. There's nothing to do in the area around the hotel and at the hotel itself. The pool is uninhabitable. There's no airport shuttle.

Very little English understood, we had come to anagreement about pricing and rooms and when I checked my bank statementbefore checkout I was overcharged from what booking.com quoted and theywouldn't budge on what I was saying. No taxis in town knew how to getthere or would charge a lot bc of the distance even though it was 15 minfrom city center one cab took almost 45 bc she passed it.
