Review 1：Too poor wifi connection (3rd floor). Breakfast consists of different food but no yogurt, no usual omelette/scrambled eggs, no sausages and unfortunately coffee was just instant. There was nothing to eat for me. Most of stuff doesn't speak English (maybe that is why they fully mixed room service breakfast). There is kettle in room but tea was not renewed, for what do you have kettle there? To drink just twice as initially you have just 2 teabags? No English tv channels

Review 5：Booked Non Smoking room with jacuzzi. Staff Said jacuzzi not available on arrival. Promised non smokinig room. Room was full of cigarette and nicotine odors. Reception made an excuse .. """Sorry..but Turks smoke"" they said. Next room they said was clean, but had foul odor and smelled like smoke. Next room shown was full of smoke... All baths had mold. Common area on 3rd floor smelled bad and strong cleaning fluid odor that did not cover up the bad smell. Took a room because of time constraints. Less smokey but still very strong cigarette smell. Had jacuzzi, but drain did not work, negating the jacuzzi, because tub would not hold water. We booked two nights and Checked Out after the first night. 4 Stars ? No, 2 Stars Maximum.

Review 11：The showerhead malfunctioned and flooded the room ... the staff changed my room right away but the new room faced the street and as windows were not soundproofed it was hard to sleep. Despite this, i would stay there again

Review 12：The staff were friendly and helpful even though many of them did not speak english ... but they tried their best to help with directions and everything else. I was late for breakfast and yet they still patiently waited for me to eat.

Review 15：Some staffs were really horrible and made us badly furious. Do not payin advance, they are such confused people that don't record yourpayment in system. You will have to explain for two hours that you havepaid for the room! So don't take risk when you are leaving to theairport! We were also complaining about the room window whichcouldn't be locked, ac not working, toilet fan not working, etc.....and the rude staff was talking in Turkish to his colleague that we aremaking unnecessary excuses to change our room! When he noticed we gotangry, he didn't even apologize!!! I wonder how such rude people areemployed for such responsibilities!!! This makes me doubt to choose thishotel for my next time trip.

Review 16：I liked the helpfulness of 3 staffs: Mr. Farhad (Ferhat), especialthanks to lovely Tugba (the only personnel who could communicate inEnglish), Nimet and Hakan. Hotel is really clean, modern and new. Verynice breakfast.

I asked to change us the room with the room booked (36mp) and did it, but we don't like that they tried to do that. Moreover, they said that this new room ( apartment) is more expensive than first room but we will have at the same price. Actually they did not do a favor to us, they only offered what we booked .

Review 27：The staff only speaks little English. Plus, upon arrival at 4am, they had already charged my credit card with the bill although I had requested to pay in cash. When I asked whether I could do all of that in the morning (after breakfast as I had just come from the airport after a long and exhausting trip) the receptionist insisted on me signing the credit card slip. When I finally gave in and asked him for a receipt as well, he refused and said that I would get my own receipt at check-out (2 days later).... they should overthink their credit card policy. Other than that, everything was really good.

Review 58：The girl at the reception didn't speak english at all. And no other language except turkish. How is it possible to get a job in a 4stars hotel knowing only a native language? We had only one evening to see Ankara and we wanted to visit the palace. No map (there wasn't any map there!!!) and no understanding what we wanted. In the end we took a map in another hotel and finally the girl called another english-speaking guy, who explained us everything by telephone.
