Review 1：The room is not as described as hotel had construction and room temprature was hot .... Ckear they were under pressure and could not provide what is needed and other option was back view...

Review 3：Bowling, movie cinema, gondola rides, water parks, fountains, majority of restaurants on the grounds, and most everything else were "closed" due to winter or rain.

Review 5：Bowling alley broken the entire time we were there for 2 weeks. Sun cream very expensive €35 a bottle around £27.00! So many payable “extras” when supposedly an all inclusive. Very poor inclusive mini bar, just beer no wine allowed unless charged.. Very poor room service. À la carte restaurants very expensive in supposedly an all-inclusive hotel, bottle of Turkish wine over £50.00 bottle of French Red over £200.00 when around £50.00 in UK which suggest why they were always, empty… Some of the staff seems that they cannot be bothered and are not very helpful. Housing keeping enter room when Do Not Disturb is highlighting asking if they can clean the room..

They have trouble with electricity so they try to cut electricity bill. What a petty could of changed everything in my stay if we had a/c specially in that hot climate. Review 12：I didn't like that I had to wait 3 hours for the check in. The staff checked us in at 15:00 pm!!! They had an excuse that the room was not free on time by the previous visitor - well it is not my problem.. Also told me that i can check out at 14:00, but they sure called me few times for my check in just to make sure I leave before 12 AM... Also, I didn't like that the air-conditioning system doesn't work properly and you can't get below 24C. It is too hot and not possible to sleep when you are sweating. The staff is very slow and and is not very responsive. I am very disappointed with the service and the value for money is very bad. I have bought all inclusive deal but when you get to the hotel you do find out that it doesn't include the inner restaurants and that the ones that you can use are always occupied and you can't even reserve s seat because everything is fully booked. In a 7 star hotel you get a 1 star service but pay the full amount.

Review 14：A little problem on check in! I booked all inclusive I was told I had booked Bed and breakfast, even if I showed him my booking details.. He had to make few phone calls and convinced later that my booking was all inclusive! It was annoying because one expects a better welcome.. A la carte restaurants are not free of charge, I have been to many top hotels, never seen anything of this concept! At the club (disco) everything was chargeable! At lobby after midnight drinks are chargeable.. I didn't enjoy much for the activities in the hotel, maybe it's more suitable for old customer.. Food quality wasn't nice, quantity was satisfying thou. Nights are boring there, more things should be done, like more live music, more options.. Seems like the hotel loves to charge as much as possible! It's not a cheap hotel, yet they charge extra for many things..

Review 15：Pool was amazing! Huge! Staff are working really hard and that was satisfying! When you need something, you don't have to wait much.

Review 16：It was so disturbing to wait 2 hours for check in. They don't care about customer satisfaction. didn't prepare the rooms ad requested. If you have visitor while you are in hotel prepare 150 euro after 30 minutes visit. the service was all inclusive but have to pay sisha extra.

Review 17：TOO MANY MOSQUITOES. NEED TO SPRAY AREAS WHENEVER IT IS NECESSARY ESPECIALLY AFTER IT RAINS. NEED TO HAVE THE INSECT ULTRA VIOLET LIGHTS OVER THE FOOD STATIONS.MUSIC WAS A BIT TOO LOUD IN THE EVENINGS.

Review 19：6 Star structure but being run "on the cheap" - disjointed customer service well below that experienced in London or Dubai for example. Wasn't clear when booking that all outdoor pools, most of restaurants and some facilities would be closed - apparently Hotel only fully running from 1st May. Surprisingly few competent English speaking staff, seem to cater mainly for Russians. Bedroom's nice but small compared to expectations given by pictures on website and not terribly good value, even by London standards Buffet in main restaurant, though comprehensive, is poor quality, certain for main dishes Overall feeling that despite having lavished billions on building the place they are penny pinching when it comes to service and running facilities e.g. the fountains not running until 1st May - seemingly to just save money Kids club facilities for 8-10 year olds not great.

Review 26：In the room there was no complimentary water, tea or coffee and no water kettle. Cheaper hotels offer these simple things we lost in mardan and we were very disapointed, also the fact that they weren't clear about the breakfast schedule the had three breakfast sessions and one that ended at 11 am special for whoever booked in a suites, we were upgraded to a suite and so we went to. Breakfast little after 10:30 but before 11 am they didn't allow us in. And they never cared of the miss understanding and never compensated us. They said because they upgraded us the bf until 11 am was not included. I'm thankful for the upgrade but they should have been clear from the begining.

Review 77：We waited our room so long, still it was not clean, jacuzzi was very dusty, there are apple seeds on the carpet, when sun enters the room you can see other dusts and stains on the mirrors. There were also no water in the room. Hotel Staff needs serious training sessions. They are not well-informed.Some of them even don,t know about 'booking.com' reservations and how it happens.

Hotel manager is very supportive for customer, I had booking by mistake for dublex villa he fixed my problem very smoothly and nicely, with out making me worried about any thing. I visited many countries of the world I stay in hundreds of hotels, MARDAN palace is one of the best. The experience is never forgettable.

Review 81：Due to the group of tour the hotel was so crowded and becasue of children noises ,we could not sleep at night ,and the hotel manager did not do anything , the foods was also very bad and you could find stale meats or chicken

The third time they served us another whisky but they didn't tell us. Because We are Jack Daniels drinkers we found the deference. After We called the manger we found Out that the Jack is finished and they replaced it with another one. But nobody told us. At end they bring Us Jack but We was disappointed , This is the best Antalia 5 star hotel and I thing this is unacceptable.

When we ask to speak to a manager theyinformed us as fervor they will serve us bottle water, waiters hadlittle training, .The quality of house keeping was very poor, when you ask for any help or a item they would ask their boss and immediate answer was no, items like wash towel or bubble bath oil, why they have Jacuzzi in the room if they don't have or provide bubble bath soup, very slow response, house keeping staff was very sloppy, i had to wash the bath top my self, no bubble bath, we used the Jacuzzi once next day water , it had drainage problem. We reported to house keeping staff when we left the room, when we got back to the room, Jacuzzi was not cleaned and still filled with water, shower was not cleaned and room was not cleaned , they only made the bed and replaced the towels, in this 5 star hotel there is no was towels, this hotel is not a good all inclusive hotel yet., very expensive and it does not worth the value and service is very poor , upon departure i told to guest relation staff they informed me they are having lots of complains, From the looks of it , this hotel seems to have financial problem. there lots non sense extras, like cabana is 120 euro for a day at the seaside bar. coca cola was 12 dollars, simple sun tan oil is 45 euro which is around $ 65 US dollar, same sun tan oil is 10 Turkish lire outside of hotel which is around $ 5 US dollars..For a 5 star hotel we waited 3 days just to get a Iron..All inclusive package value is not good at all in Mardan palace, this hotel is not ready for prime time yet.
