Review 1：The restaurant is below any limit. It's not a 4 star hotel restaurant, from my opinion it's a 2 star hotel restaurant. The food is varied, but low quality. During our stay, they decided to close a part of the restaurant and it became very crowded and noisy. We are forced to stay with other persons at the table. Definitely, we will not visit this hotel anymore.

Review 2：The suites (4th and 5th floor) are big enough and clean.

Review 3：To make the summary: Is the worst 4 stars hotel I've ever stayed; Iwas Under imppresion that all is made not to feel good in this hotel. Room we received it was not at all coresponding with the pictures while booking, not good seaside view; pool not cleaned regulary; we had problems with the bathroom; every time we were taking a shower all the bathromm was full of water; furniture was old;

Review 12：Restaurant staff were polite but not focussed on serving customers (sitting on couches laughing amongst themselves while our order was wrong). When we asked for a baby cot the cleaning woman that was tasked with changing it was INCREDIBLY RUDE, threw items of our clothing out of the way and seemed angry at us for some reason? Not a good look for the hotel at all. Bed was very uncomfortable.

Review 13：Location, close to the beach and pool was good. room had a good view. Reception staff were very nice and helpful, Room was quiet at night, good for sleeping children. Breakfast was very good and lots of choice available.

Review 14：Breakfast can be improved. The room was in the back of the building, opposite to the sea so the view was not so great and there was a lot of noise coming from above where there was a thermal power station. A bit pricey but Mamaia is in general overrated and overpriced.

Review 15：The room was confortable, not so big but cosy, clean and with a nice terrace. The stuff was very nice. Location: if you want a quiet weekend, away from the noise and the clubs, it's a perfect choice. The pool is nice though when at the seaside I always prefer the sea for swimming. In front of the hotel there's a very nice and safe private beach.

Review 16：Rude staff. Horrible breakfast. Music very loud during the breakfast. Rude bodyguards. Old furniture and smelly rooms. It is in the south part of Mamaia- the crowded, noisy and dirty part. I recommend the north part of Mamaia.

Review 17：The smell in the room, and on the hotel's corridor is rather annoying, smels like slough. The personnel is sad, no smile on their faces. The pool is degraded (it's a pitty)

Review 19：Reserve was lost, because of a mistake done by hotel staff, who booked one day later than reservation done through booking.com. after long wait, finally was solved. I was given a room who was not cleaned before!!! Then, after apologies, a room who was told to have balcony - it did not have balcony. very poor facilities for a 4 star hotel, poor even for a 3 star hotel. overpriced for what it offers. stay away!

Review 23：It is difficult to mention something that we liked about this hotel.Starting with the room and the furniture which is old and ugly, goingthrough the very poor facilities and services which are extremely farfrom the four stars, claimed by the hotel. Believe it or not they arecutting off the power to the airconditioners throughout the night!!!!We thought first that the aircon is broken and the hotel staff promisedto 'repair it'. Then we learnt that was a practice to switchthe air conditioners off during the night and let the guests sweatuntil morning.

Review 24：Extremely late check in. Nowhere during booking does it state for an 1800 check in. Our room wasn't even available to us until 1900. For a junior suite, the room had the worst bed we had ever slept on. The television was very small with poor reception. The refrigerator was very small. For a newer room, our shower leaked all over the bathroom. We were awaken very early in the mornings due to construction on adjoining rooms. Sounds of hammering in the walls and electric saws.

Review 25：The room was spacious, with good balcony view of the sea. Polite staff.

Review 26：The swimming pool was empty. There was lots of maintenance going on. Our window didn't open our toilet didn't flush. The room didn't look like the picture. The location was out of the way and we had to get taxis everywhere.

I don't know if the balcony VIP rooms are better but the whole place needs to be redone from years of immense penny pinching to pocket every dime possible without fixing a damn thing. Exercise area is joke, I have more in my tiny apt. Never again!

Review 29：The pool looks nice and the only thing 4 star is the smoke infested lobby! They post a no smoking sign by the back hallway so all the psycho addicts can ignore it instead of smoking outside! It's so horrible that it leaks into the rooms from the hallway! My whole stay should have been comped since they moved me 3 times due to room issues with last room flooding from the faulty AC

Review 95：Credit card payment is a challenge at this Hotel. Transaction took 45 min and 6 attempts until I received the confirmation from POS!!!! They tried to convinced me to pay cash, but why, as long as this type of payment was made for reservation!? The next day I found out from my Bank that my credit card was charged twice!!!! I am still waiting to receive my money back! so, think twice if you want to stay there!
