Review 1：Our room was on the ground floor and right across from the pool - people use the pool and spa at all hours of the night despite the pool being closed (they jump over the fence). It can get noisy and because there are no staff in the grounds this isn't managed. It was only a small problem and not really the resorts fault - people just being inconsiderate.
Review 2：The location was perfect, short walk into the main strip of shops (<10min), even shorter walk across the road to the beach and great pool and common BBQ area. Prefect for travelling with a baby. The rooms were spacious, we took grandparents and we didn't feel as though we were living in each other's pockets. Check in was quick, we arrived before 2pm and they gave us keys and said that we could leave bags in room and get unchanged, even if room hadn't been cleaned. When we arrived at room it was sparkling clean. The parking is great too - easy access to your car and you can come and go as you please. Nice big car spaces too!

Review 12：The apartment wasn't cleaned to our expectations for something advertised as a penthouse. The penthouse photos on the web site were also not explained as being from the exact penthouse that we rented. Also didn't realize that there was NO lift for access to the penthouse - we had to lug our suitcases up 4 flights.

It was great except for the noise outside our bedroom door throughout the night when noisy holidaymakers would come home late into the night. They would wake our young child sleeping in the next room too. Wish you could hear the waves instead of the neighbours. Wish they had a restaurant too.

Could use some more mirrors in bedrooms as light in bathrooms is not the best. Bit noisy in back bedrooms as kids get in the pool early. Television and phone and wifi reception is a bit poor, maybe some phone/tv/internet boosters could be installed.

Also a pity this building does not have any lifts, though we did choose to stay on the top floor. Was the wrong decision, if you are elderly, stay on the ground floor.
