Review 1：The member of staff who greeted us showed us to one room despite having booked two (I would have booked one to share with my friend if I'd known there were multiple beds in the same room but didn't so booked two). He insisted we'd booked 1 room for two nights despite me showing him the email otherwise and my friend explaining to him in Arabic what had happened. Having been told there was only one room we accepted this and asked for the money back for the other room at which point a second room magically appeared that also had air conditioning.
Review 2：Fundamentally this was £13 a night so its very cheap and was perfectly acceptable for this price. If I went again I would attempt to find out whether the room had air conditioning and multiple beds in advance as the person who greeted us tried to fob us off with one room (having booked two) and without air conditioning.

Review 4：Very friendly staff. Rooms are quite simple but you get wahat you paid for. Very centrally located near to shops souks and markets.

Review 10：The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows hard. The shared toilets were dirty, the waste can overflowing with used toilet paper. The room was dingy and shabby. The hot water wasn't. I was overcharged and refused a refund. Second worst hotel experience in ten years of world travel.
