Review 1：We had to get new key cards, but they fixed the problem right away.

Review 2：The key cards didn't work at first, but they fixed that right away. They were very nice to my wife's Service Dog. The breakfast was awesome.

Review 3：The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. Nothing fancy, butfine for what we were needing. We used the pool and it was very clean aswell. We usually stay in HIEs but this Quality Inn was just as clean andthe breakfast was comparable. But the staff much friendlier than any hiewe've ever stayed in. At half the price you can't beat it.

Review 4：The bathroom was gross and creepy. The tank lid on the toilet was missing and they had taped a piece of cardboard to cover it! There was also a hole burned in the top of the bathroom door?? The lock on the door on the inside of the room was hanging by one screw like it had been kicked in previously. Very disappointed and will not be back.

Review 5：I was going to bed and there was a bug on the floor. I asked my son to kill it and he found more and their eggs.

Review 7：Carpeting was soiled & didn't look like it had been vacuumed. Chairs were also soiled; didn't want to sit on them with white slacks. Worst thing were the pillows on the bed. They were half the size of a normal pillow. What is that?!!! Although the young man who checked me in was pleasant & knowledgeable, it appeared that he hadn't washed his hair in WEEKS! Not a very good impression.

Review 8：Convenient Location Pricing of Room Hot & Cold running water & an air conditioner that works. (Often, when you get rooms for lesser rates, these things are questionable.)

Review 9：The facility needs to updated and it has structural issues (i.e. rusty stairs, no laundry rooms, no elevator). BUT we stayed at other Hotels in Conway and this was by far the cleanest and pleasant to stay at.

Review 11：I'm not a fan of carpet and rarely feel like it is that clean. I would have liked to have more than two bath towels and wash cloths. We took multiple showers in a day since the temperature reached 90 degrees and we were outside for much of the day. The online rate quote was lower than actual charge upon arrival.

Review 12：Breakfast was enjoyable. All the staff was pleasant and professional. The pool was nice and it was great that small bath towels were provided at poolside. I was able to park in front of my room. The hotel is right off the interstate and easy to locate. It is also on a main street so restaurants and stores are close by. The room was clean. It was nice having a mini refrigerator and microwave in the room.

Review 15：When I booked the room it was for two queen beds and when I arrived I was given a room with only one queen bed. The tv in the room was to low and you could not see it laying down.

Review 48：A rude guest slammed car doors and sounded their alarm every time theylocked or unlocked their doors. The same guest came and went severaltimes after 9:30 pm waking me and other guests. One group of guestsshouted down from the balcony as they left during the night. The icemachine on the East stairway was inoperative.
