Review 1：Too expensive for this small brothel-like motel. You can find a lot of other guesthouses on the main road of Chiang Saen.
Review 2：Good location - in the center of a town close to the river.
Review 3：Shower did not have hot water. My door lock had a problem not unlocking easily with the key on two occasions You can hear noise from adjoining rooms or people talking outside. Staff do not speak English
Review 4：This guesthouse is in a great location across the road from the water front,and an easy walk into the centre of town. The map and directions on booking.com are wrong and I spent at least an hour trying to find it. It is on the road that goes along the waterfront north of the centre of town.
