Review 1：The Victoria was clean, comfortable and the staff were excellent. The hotel is 50m from the beach, but as it was out of season there was nothing open on the beach. For our needs it was excellent, but if you had to spend a lot of time in the hotel there was not a lot to do.

Review 2：No carpets on the floor. Easy enough to justify, but to me it's a letdown. Clean them more often, but in the end at least you won't end up with a room smelling of chlorine. Balcony was not cleaned properly. One set of towels, although it showed they had just been cleaned, were stained and looked as if they had not been washed in 4 years. Bed was too hard for my taste. The soundproofing is not ok..so..easy enough to wake up a bit too early because of the noise.

Review 3：The staff were helpful, funny and on-point to assist, which is a great plus. The location is good enough on its own, but together with what I had in mind it proved to be great- one step from a good beach and other POI.

Review 4：I didn't like the attitude of one of the girls from reception. When i've arrived she was very unhelpful and in a very bad mood. The room wasn't very clean. The glasses were dirty.

Review 5：the hotel looks like an old communist building the pictures what they have is confusing when you get there is not even similar. The lift is about 90 years old and every day is broken also several people get stucked into. The have only half of the facilities what they say they have, one day they doesnt even had water in the rooms. Also my room sticks like a canal and i asked for a new room but they told me that all the rooms stinks because the building is old. The internet is not working at all even if they are offering full wifi signal, and the bathrooms are diving in water after one shower. The cleaning is also very disapointing, they didnt cleaned my room for 2 days i was needed to go down and ask for toilet paper.

Review 6：The only thing what i like is the location but if you want to relax is not even good as there is several clubs in the surounding where is partys every night and you cant even sleep even if the balcony door is closed.

Review 7：Had to change the room two times to get a better one. First was on the 2nd floor and right in front of our balcony there was a neighboring building looking straight into our room. The second room although was cleaned there was a awful smell of rotting stuff so I had to change it. There was no disagreement from hotel stuff when I asked to change rooms. The rooms have tiled floors without any carpets so you have to wear slippers. Bathrooms are quite small and the faucets are rusted. There are 3 elevators, one for hotel's stuff two for customers. They are very old and have no priority program which leads to crowds of people waiting at busy hours. I suggest renovating it as soon as possible to gain more money for its very convenient location.

Review 9：Staff at the reception shockingly rude specially one of the receptionist girl who didn't have a name badge with long dark hair kind of oldish look perhaps the reception supervisor she was extremely rude and I mean it.

Review 14：Smiling staff. Amazing viewing of the sea . Half board with various dishes . Free parking spots but difficult to catch up as during the weekend many tourists visited this resort . Wi-Fi working well .

Review 26：TV set was old and small, bathroom facilities were ancient and there was only one chair in the balcony. The socket for the minibar was unusable.

Review 27：The location is fabulous, in the middle of everything there is to see in Mamaia! The furniture is new. The balcony has a great view of the beach and the resort, looking both at the sea and the lake. Clean room. Hotel is old and in need of some improvements to make it worthy for being a 3 star hotel but it makes up for it with everything else. Good value for money for the period i was there.

Review 28：We booked a "sea view" room, but we were told that none of these rooms are available so we were given a regular room. We were given a smoking room and the cigarettes smell was awful. The prices on booking.com are higher than the ones at the reception. The bathroom is really small and crowded.

Review 29：The people from the restaurant were friendly and even though they did not have a buffet type breakfast, they prepared us a nice breakfast.

Review 30：Staff not trained properly. Not aware if they can connect of phone call to the room, not confident in using the pdq machine. When the pdq machine blocked I was asked to go out and get money from the cash machine and pay in cash and as you can imagine, a cash dispenser doesn't dispense more than £300 per day so... Room was cleaned every day but the shower gel not replaced every day! I had to ask them two times to replace it in 7 days. Poor selection at breakfast! All trays full of pork meats. Almost no food for veggies, except some tomatoes, cucumber and peppers. No bakery but white bread. Fried eggs not done at order, just squeezed on a tray and put on display. A big let down on breakfast.

Review 31：Old establishment but they struggled to make it look nice, you can see the investment in refurbishment. Staff eager to give their best but poorly trained unfortunately. Coffee good at breakfast from ground beans. Close to the beach. Sea view from all rooms.

The bed which had an awful thin matress - you didn't know if you were on the floor or on the bed 4. The food at breakfast - very poor and unhealthy.

Review 44：First they wanted to give me a room very close to a nearby neighbor building. I could see inside that building and they also could see in my room. The problem was resolved by changing the room. The room did have a saline sort of smell due the fact that the bathroom is to small and not enough venting. Elevators are old and sometimes take about 5-10 minutes to get one. The parking lots are not held by the hotel extra payment will be necessary.

Review 45：Location is very close to the beach and to the Mamaia Casino. Very good price. No pre-charges needed. Clean sheets and clean bathroom. Cleaning is done each morning. Breakfast was good and more than enough. Very close to all sorts of restaurants.

Review 48：The breakfast is quite poor. No yoghurt or fruits, or any kind of desserts. The rooms are pretty small for a 3 star hotel And the fact that one of those three elevators is allocated for stuff only as long as the hotel has 9 levels and over 280 rooms. Two elevators are simply overcrowded for all the tourists. Bottom line: a three stars hotel but with a real two stars quality.
