Review 1：The Hotel is a bit 'tired' and a little disorganised, but this didn't present any problems, it just wasn't the best first impression.

Review 2：We loved it as a one-off in a Dutch town away from the tourist centres. Loved the access to Zeelande, and the breakfast was tremendous!

Review 4：First, the smiling staff makes you like that place from the first second. Second, everything is as described on booking.com. Third, the breakfast is huge compared to our standards in France. Fourth, there are lots of places within the hotel in which you can rest : the garden, the baby-foot room... Would and most certainly will definitely stay there again

Review 5：Excellent location as a cycling base. Very good dedicated cycle routes and lanes along the seafront, canals and inland. Plentiful quantity and variety for breakfast.

Review 6：The room was very basic and a bit tatty, but clean. The room I had was room 201 and all through the night you could hear the kitchen fans come on and go off. The room was very warm and you couldn't open the window because of the noise from the fans.

Review 7：I liked being able to take the dogs into the bar in the evening whilst I had a meal. The food was wholesome and plenty of it, you could eat in the restaurant as an alternative to the bar. Breakfast was "complimentary", basic choices, nothing hot. Sufficient enough for a stopover.

Review 8：Our room was at the end of the corridor and the floor was made from wood from the previous century, so every room neighbor knew when we arrived back and vice versa. Second night we found a huge spider in one bed and another one next to the cabinet.

Review 30：Overall I found the place rather messy and one better not look in the corners for cleanliness. The mattress was so soft that it was a challenge to turn from one side to another. Noise insulation is non-existant, but I was lucky that I had some really quiet neighbours.

Review 32：It's a quiet place very near to the sea and the village center. Veryspacy and sunny terrace in front of the hotel, spacy restaurant and caféand other spaces downstairs. The room was small but clean and with allbasic comfort one needs.

Review 33：We booked last second for a weekend getaway to Zeeland during peak season. And though there is a reason why this hotel had one of the last remaining rooms in a 25km radius - the room standard is rather basic, and the town a bit off the beaten track for the famous beaches - the hotel invests effort in the right spots. The room and especially the bathroom were small but very clean and well maintained, the staff super-friendly, and the breakfast buffet was simple but amply stocked, very inviting - and our comfort was more important to the kitchen than the formal breakfast times!
