Review 1：The room equipment was very old. It could not be matched with charge of money. The room was warm and the air condition was not efficient. Cleanness was not ok. (The door of ref was a good evidence which had not been cleaned for ages)

Review 3：They didn't issue invoice, I have to contact them again and ask invoice, personel wasn't polite and tell them that next time we wont stay at this hotel, and staff doesn't care and told me its up to you, don't stay again. this is not polite to speak to customer like that.

Review 4：The lac of the refrigerator in the room was so bad. Wi-fi didn't work properly in our room at 5th floor.

Review 6：Very nice hotel in center of Ankara. Excellent service from the very polite and considerate staff. The gentleman at the desk even asked if he should have a breakfast prepared for us since we were leaving to the airport at 3:30AM. They went above and beyond the call of duty. We hope to stay there next time we're in Ankara.
