Review 1：Sink was outside of bathroom and lighting was terrible. Bath products were also very average.

Review 3：initially they gave us a tiny room in lakeside with no balcony. Way too small and definitely not 5 stars (not even 4). Changed to beachside and the second room was much better. Wi-fi is very bad, disconnects all the time.

Review 10：I have stayed in this hotel 4 times before. This time the room was not as cleen as it was in my previous stay. The room was full of little ants. Also the room rate is very high compared to the other hotels on the beach with similler facilities. The Wifi was poor in the room.

There was no real vibe or atmosphere in the hotel and the hotel bars and drinks area were very quiet at night ... The decor, furnishings and fitting in the rooms and balcony's need updating to be a 5 star hotel ... There was 2 distinct wings to the hotel.. The other cheaper side looked really basic .. I wouldn't stay here again .. The experience wasn't bad but wasn't what I was expecting

It took us more than 30 minutes to checkin even if we have already booked and paid online one month ago. The lobby looks fancy but the rooms were outdated. The room next to our door was getting fixed all the time which was really noisy. In conclusion, Millennium Resort Patong Phuket is worst hotel I have ever experienced. Please don't let this hotel make your trip nasty.

It is adjacent to the biggest & trendiest shopping mall of patong which have all the fast food outlets, restaurants, Big C supermarket etc so you are never short of supplies. This hotel is very neat and clean. It's swimming pool was also nice. All the amenities like washing clothes money changer are near this hotel. Walking Bangla street is just steps away. It's the best choice. I will definitely stay here again.

Review 40：The room was really poor for a 5 star hotel. We had the deluxe room but the layout was really bad. Wash basin was in the living area and not in the bathroom. The bathroom was old and sub standard quality. The room in general look dated. Since the hotel was connected to Juncelyon, there was always alot of through traffic and people crossing over. Limited security and anybody could access the hotel rooms. The pool closed early in the evenings.

Review 41：The location was good and convenient. The hotel was well known to every one and taxis and tuk tuks were easily available. Hotel also connected to the Mall which has a good selection of restaurants and entertainment.

We were so mad at her.It was the worst service in my 13 days trip in thailand ! Review 72：Last year I came they had all you can eat meat night Thursday night for 950 baht a person. Now it only two serve of your choice.They have cut back on special nothing to look forward to. The massages is well expensive even with 50% off and they only make it cheaper for half hour instead of an hour. The deposit they keep last year was returned in to your account within 3 days now it two week wait. Obviously they are floating the interest as I paid for everything up front. Last of all anything you take from mini fridge like a chocolate for a 100baht you have to pay extra 17% on top for service and tax?Wifi was working good but only allowed two items for instance a iPhone and a iPad but if you have a laptop you have to disconnect the other one device to connect. The last two days of our stay the wifi wasn't working and had to go down to reception with new password but still was playing up. Very frustrating.

We were there five nights and we just had one piece of toast for breakfast, everything looked mauled about. Not great standards. Pool was tiny in the beachside- not the one in the pics!- Staff were not great, you hardly existed, noisy rooms. We came from the Vijitt in rawai, a true 5star, what a come down! Never stay here again if you paid us.

I was told by the staff when I called to complain that the hotel is a city hotel. And I thought it was supposed to be a resort hotel. My bad. In general the standard of the staff hospitality is on the low side as compared to other hotels I have stayed in Thailand, especially considering the price that I paid for the hotel. When I arrived to check-in, there was no simple smile and greet. Instead what I saw was a very distracted staff, and extremely haphazard as they struggled to deal with the number of people checking in and out at the same time. Overall I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are better hotels in Phuket with better hospitality and prices.

Review 87：This is not my first time staying in this hotel. I love the location and tge hotel facilities and the advantages of being close to the shopping center.

Review 88：1- the smell of the elevator specially the right side one was really bad. But the last day I was there I saw a notice saying the elevator would be fixed. Good to see 2- Not much variety of breakfast. 3- breakfast did not change much . It was all same the five night we were there. 4- after you have a shower in the room , the water sound in the pipe stays after a half an hour of the shower. 5- door don't close easily. We always needed to make sure that push the door stronger to close it . 6- the wifi internet would cut all the time specially after you leave the hotel and come back. I had to remember the password the days I was there.

Review 95：When I arrived after 12 hour in a plane and just wanted to get to my room. The ladies at the front counter was trying to get me to buy a more expensive room which was not cheap. Then when we finally got to my room the man who brought the bags to my room just left them at the door and just left. When I checked out the bathroom I found the shower was in the bath and the side of the bath was so high it was hard to get your leg over to get into the shower being a big man it was hard. Two days after arriving I notice the water in the fridge was not cold I pulled the fridge out of its cupboard and it was not even plugged in. I travel to Patong three time a year and the staff where not as friendly as most other places I have stayed which were three or four star hotels not a five like this one is meant to be. I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends for the money they charge

Review 108：Good location means it's crowded. Despite non peak season the hotel and adjacent area were packed with tourist. It's was kind of crowded but in general it was still ok.

Review 109：We have stayed in this hotel twice before and hence selecting it was not difficult. We have young children and this makes the hotel location convenient for food, entertainment and misc. Also at this month the sea is quite rough hence sea activities are not encourage. So having the hotel located near to a adjacent mall makes our stay very convenient and comfortable.

Anyone can access the hotel through the door from Junceylon and to the hotel lift with no access card needed. - Hotel already charge so high for room rates and for airport transfer of B1200 is really too costly. - -
