Review 1：washroom system was worse, water used to get blocked. Lighting was poor in the room. Heat control was worse too couldnt slept properly because it was burning oven

Review 3：Not much. I had asked for a non-smoking room but they put me in a larger room that had been smoked in when I first arrived, so I had to ask specifically for a non-smoking room. Once they understood that this was actually more important for me, they gave me a good room that was non-smoking. The wifi is a little slow at times.
Review 4：Many things. Staff helpful, breakfast excellent and good it is until 10.30, location handy but quiet, clean, when I finally got a non-smoking room it was a non-smoking room i.e. no one had smoked in it previously, reasonably priced and great value for money.
