Review 1：Noise from the beach during night hours Small room and a bit crowded

Review 3：The bathroom is miniscule and not well designed with toilet sitting away frim wall very close to door. Breakfast from 7 to 930 really meant being there by 845 or everything was being cleared away. Cold coffee as urns not plugged in, juice horrible and staff not replenishing cutlery and crockery. Reception staff good generally except one who seemed to always want to argue. Not a lot to do in Mamaia except beach!

Review 5：Rooms are absolutely tiny with lots of furniture, very little room toopen a suitcase other than on the bed. Stuffed drain in the shower.Hotel surroundings are neglected, with broken pavement and weedseverywhere (the whole resort is like that though). Extremely rude staffin the restaurant, one of the waiters showed my daughter the middlefinger because she got off her chair while he was passing by andinconvenienced him. We complained but I don't think anything wasdone about it.

Review 34：We only ate there once as they said their oven was broken for several days now and were still waiting on someone to fix it. So that was a bit of a downer... I also suspect the food was microwaved as the grilled chicken i had, tasted like cardboard.

Review 35：Clean, spacious room, very close to the beach. Nice touch on giving out free sunbeds for the duration of our stay. For me it was good value for money, decent breakfast but more importantly the girls at the reception desk were ever so helpful, especially Laura and Andra as they were always smiling and made us feel very welcomed.

Review 36：Biggest problem is that they block access to the rooms after 12:00 onthe check-out day. I got back to the hotel 2-3 minutes after 12:00and found it impossible to have acces to my personal belongings -when confronting the staff about the matter I was treated very harsh"This are our rules - you have to follow". I received noapologies. Below averrage breackfast as far as diversity and qualityof the products used but safe to eat. With 3 days prior to arrival Isent them an email with a request about the position of the room -got no answer. Because they have a very clean and well organisedlocation, ideal for families on a budget they seem to ignore anyother possible aspect of client satisfaction. Either live with it orfind something else.

Review 38：From all of the paintings of this hotel that were nice, the 3 ones inour room were a little bit depressing. I did not like them at all fromthe beginning. I was thinking: this painter had marvellous work but,these 3 in our room are really of no value. They shoud be removed orgiven back to him. I appologize for this. I would have preferred theback wall of the bed completely white. With no paintings. As those onesdo not fit there.

Review 39：I enjoyed everything at this hotel. For us also the buffet breakfast wasawesome. You can also stay outside on the terrace of the hotel and haveyour breakfast. The location, the fact that the hotel is modern andrecently renovated, the cleanless, the professional staff, the staff ofthe restaurant and the food (also for vegetarians), the fact that we got2 stools to lay down on the beach in front of the hotel where it iosespecially everything organised for the hotels' guests, the modernfurniture in the room, the bathroom that is quite big enough, the factthat we coudl see the sea very close to us from the balcony of the roomas it is near the beach this hotel located, no wet greasy things on thewalls, the very nice paintings that belong to a well-known Romanianpainter who donated his paintings to the hotel. The maxi taxi nr. 23that goes from the station in Constanta can take you right to the hotel.At a walk distance you can also take MAMAIA's cable called gondolamamaia and you will be in some minutes at the edge of Mamaia,overlooking from above the hotels the whole paradise of Mamaia.Exceptional hotel in comparison to the price, staff, location, food andeverything. I would say that this a 4 stars hotel from downstairs. Wewill come here back again definitely.
