Review 1：Food is not good - very limited choice and very very expensive. A beef steak is 20 eur, beer Stella 2.5 eur, beer Corona 5eur, coffee Kimbo 2eur, coffee illy 2.40 eur, etc. The service in the restaurant is disastrous and chaotic.

Review 5：The safe box was not working, informed the staff members, but I couldn't be bothered to follow through as the place is quite secure anyway. The Tv was not working and the issue was resolved immediately. The jacuzzi in our room was not working properly, there would be an initial blast and nothing afterwards. Followed the instructions given by the ladies at the reception to no avail (did not insist on getting it fixed, given the SPA options in the complex). I've been in the same hotel using the same type of jacuzzi, so I thought I knew how to work it. Anyways, I am sure that has been resolved by now as I did inform the reception lady on check out. The room we were in was Lyndsey Vonn (402 I think).

Review 6：My expectations were fully met. It is one of the few places I can truly unwind and relax. The views are magnificent, the SPA utilities are good to very good, the staff were much friendlier this time around. I hope they keep it up as it is a great place and one that I am looking forward to visiting again.

Review 8：Very nice from outside and super cheap from inside. Golf course and driving range are nice. The resort is huge and you can find restaurants, shops ect. We really liked the indoor pool which was not crowded like the outdoor ones... Beautiful resort in general, but the management is absolutely a mess! So typical for Bulgaria though...

Review 11：The hotel location was amazing, the resort is really nice and plenty of things to do in the surrounding area. Summer prices are very reasonable. The spa is great, lots of choice, there were two golf courses which I dint use, however they looked very well maintained.

No ski wardrobe in the hotel, it is located far from the hotel and there is a massive chaos. There are so many other things I could say, that I will need 30 min to describe one of the worst, if not the worst, hotels I have every been to. DO NOT GO THERE! It is a disaster!

Staff at the hotel and restaurants are extremely impolite, arrogant, do not guide you or answer questions guests might have. This is absolutely not a 5 star hotel, as customer service should be on top and customers should leave the hotel satisfied. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, it's not worth the high room price!

Review 74：Beautiful location. Hotel was amazing, especially the oudoor pools with views of snow topped mountains. We had a junior suite which was excellent value for money. We will certainly visit again. We had initially been unsure what to expect with a holiday in Bulgaria. However the standard of accomodation, food and service were as good, if not better than any hotels we've stayed at in Western Europe, but at a fraction of the price. The scenery is just beautiful and totally unspoilt. Thoroughly recommend this as a really relaxing holiday.
