Review 1：The location as it was in the middle of nowhere, there was only one person who just about spoke English, the bar/restaurant/on site shop was not open as advertised!!!

Review 2：The hotel room was nice but that's about it!!!

Review 3：Nothing we didn't like. We saw that the most appartments were empty - maybe because they have been sold to people who are not there or maybe because the place is new and not so many people book it.

Review 4：Location is super and looks better than on the photos. It seemed to us as if the location is "under-marketed".

Review 7：The food was poor an expensive and missing half the menu the chiken an beef was spam out of a tin and a couple of times the fried food was frozen and cold in the middle. The spa and massage was not even up and running yet it is advertised it was. The noise of them building the complex all the time was terrable. Ants in your room all the time was a pain. The matress was rock hard an woke everyday with a sore back. They had no idea hiw to make coffe and was expensive. The kitchen needed more playes and better equipment i ended up buying my own choping board and knife and eating out all the time, but not at the resort much due to poor very expensive food.

Review 9：No one around, no atmosphere at all - great shame as the pool and bar and restaurant and wine room were quite lovely It's not 400m to Tiger Muay Thai as claimed on website, its a 15 minute walk on a busy main road with no path No in-room guide on how to work anything Some staff were unhelpful and arrogant Taxis were twice the price of anywhere else and they refused to help us hail a normal cab I was given no instructions on what the complex offered I had to go back to reception and ask for a tour No leaflets in room No phone in room so had to walk to reception every time for a query Cable was hard to work, again no instructions Suggest a simple welcome to the hotel "brochure" and guide to the place be installed in all rooms Has huge potential but seems to be being run by amateurs
