Review 1：They asked me in the future if I decide to stay in their hotel, I should not use booking service, instead, they told me that just call us, we will be able to arrange you more favorable price. Their this attitude was not pleasant.

Review 3：hotel location was near to kizilay business district and close to restaurants and café and nearby to the metro station..

Review 4：The guy who cleaned our room didn't know how to clean - the bathroom wasn't clean on our arrival and stayed that way; we complained twice and eventually a different and more effective cleaner turned up. There was a locked cupboard in our room from which the smell of cigarette smoke emanated. While the gym was good, the staff appeared to be smoking in the vicinity, meaning that you were passive smoking while working out. The breakfast was good but the staff were not exactly smiley (especially the boss guy in the suit), except for one woman who was efficient and helpful. Loud and irritating Turkish pop music was played on TV during breakfast, even though nobody appeared to want to listen to it. Breakfast should be a calm affair!
