Review 1：We had a room that was facing the road and at night the tuck. rucks where so loud that we woke up

Review 3：We booked two rooms, the one had a nice view of the swimming pool and amenities, the second room was a complete disaster, the view was of the back of another building which has sewerage pipes and water running down the side clearly this in not advertised on their website. The room has a bath with a shower which has a hole in the ceiling and had an old musty smell. When we requested that the room be upgraded we were told that this was not possible. I thereafter found alternative accommodation for my family at the Holiday Inn and did an early check-out on one of the rooms and was informed that I would not entitled to any refund for this room. To my disgust they checked me out of both rooms. The reservation manager was not available the entire day to sort out my query but did leave a message with the staff. i.e. there is nothing that they can do!!!!!

Review 5：We stayed here for one night on our way to Phi Phi island. We had a great stay and it was a great location to get a quick look at Patong. 1 min walk to beach and just down the road from the street markets. Heaps of places to eat and drink around here and to party also. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was very good. Room was clean and quiet. Good air conditioning :) . 2 nice pools , both with different happy hour times. One of the pools has a pool bar, although we did not use this. Staff were incredible - Probably the best service we got in Thailand.

Review 10：Stayed at this resort twice in 2 different rooms.The beds are quite hard. They can provide mattress toppers but this didn't make a huge difference. I think a hard mattress is standard in a lot of Thai accomodation.

Review 11：Lovely spacious rooms and resort is in a great location. Close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Exceptionally friendly staff and a traditional, boutique style decor. Happy hours in the various bars with 2 for 1 cocktails, often with canapés . Very clean rooms most overlook pool. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. We dined in Hotel Restaurant on the night of Thai Buffet and it was great. I would recommend this resort and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Review 12：Very limited beds around the pool. There was a mixup with a lunch one day which meant we waited 2 hours for a meal - no one took responsibility for this, all blaming it on another department / kitchen. (we ordered from the pool bar) Eventually, we were offered a 10% discount ..... I would have expected no charge for the lunch.

Patong area - no nice shops more street markets with cheap & imitation goods. Jungceylon mall in Patong had few shops so better off to go there if you would like to shop.

Review 15：Location of the hotel is great! 2 min walk to Patong beach. 10-15 min walk to the notorious Bangla street ;-) Breakfast was a very good spread - good variety of Asian & Intercontinental options, lasted until 10:30am! Just outside hotel you can find 7-11 (convenient shop) & pharmacy, massage parlours etc. Patong beach although crowded has a good chilled out vibe, mattresses & umbrellas (for shade) can be hired for the day at charge of 250 baht.

Jack at the pool bar was particularly my favorite he is friendly and so much fun to sit around and chat with!! The breakfast is great- wide variety The Thai green curry was perfect!!

Review 25：I had two small points one of them i hold the responsibility of it but an appreciation would have been nice , the second one well you judge . The first issue is that i booked for 7 night and yes mine was non refunded but due to some personnel issue i had to check out after 6 , i asked the hote if its possible to refund the last night , they refused to do so , otger hotels might appreciate your saty and help with that anyway that was my mistake , the second issue is that when we first arrive they have provided us with a complementary drink , the next day my pregnant wife carved that drink so much , so we went to the reception and asked for the name of the drink and if we can order it from the hotel bars , they told us the name and told us its not available in the hotel bars of reaturants and only new gues can get it as a welcome drink !!! Well my wife was going to pay for it we didt ask for it for free

Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is nice and I have a chance to enjoy a special happy hours offers at their bar, very enjoyable. I will be back soon.

Review 29：Room 3322, very low ceiling and needs revamping, especially the bathroom. Bathroom slightly under water every time we took a shower. Bed and cushion very hard. Woke up every morning with some back pain. All in all ok but we expected more since the overall rating on the website caught our interest.

Review 42：The convenience and proximity to everything. The staff were really amazing and made me feel at home from my arrival to departure. Had a pool view room on 3rd floor and it was extremely comfortable. Wifi was for free and worked well.

Review 43：There was no where to relax around the pool as they only had room for 8 sun lounges and people put their towels on the lounges despite a sign that said you couldn't and they would be removed after 30 mins but no one policed it or did anything about it when a person complained. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room and outside. We booked a pool access room that photos showed steps going into the pool however the room we were given had no steps and for someone that is not that agile it is very difficult to get into the pool I found that very misleading

AMAZING food, we found it hard to eat out because the hotel restaurant is absolutely fantastic. A little more expensive than a white plastic chair place but for good reason - this is next level Thai food. We paid to upgrade to an Elite room with a day bed on the balcony and a pool view which was beautifully appointed and very spacious. And I paid for a facial which was 75 minutes long and the best I've ever had! Little touches I loved: beach bag, flip flops, fresh beach towels every day, robe, slippers, complimentary mini bar refreshed daily and four bottles of water a day. And breakfast is wonderful!

Very suggestive the location that reminds a colonial building form Laos , colours amazing that Are around you everywhere , fresh flowers , beautiful garden ! The swimpool is relaxing and I recommend the Rooms facing there. Its a sofisticated and couzy Hotel . Very quite but central in Patong The restaurant offer Thai and continental foods , with sofisticated tastes .

When we were having dinner at the restaurant on our last night, I just happened to scratch my shoulder and one of the servers came and put a mosquito spray on the table just in case I needed it. The place was clean, beautifully designed and comfortable. Love this resort and would definitely go back!

Review 100：We canceled out stay after one night, primaily due to Patong which is far from charming. The rooms are big, but very mouldy, our clothes smelled mouldy after one day in the rooms. The new rooms (our initial room before upgrade) is very nice and newly built, not mouldy, but lack a proper balcony, only a French balcony.

Review 101：Its a nice tropical resort. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Its good value for the Money if you want to stay in Patong. Everything is in walking distance which is very good. We utgraded to pool acsess room, ande rooms are big.

Review 102：Mosquitoes !! Lots of them & other than repellant you have to deal with them. Should have some mosquito coils or burners close to rooms nothing worse than being covered in repellant 2 seconds after a lovely shower.

Review 108：MY BAD EXPERIENCE DOES NOT CONCERN MYSELF BUT THE POOR STAFF AT BREAKFAST TIME FORCED TO CONTROL OTHER TRAVELLERS POORLY BEHAVED KIDS - THE STAFF ARE FAR TO POLITE TO MENTION THIS BUT IT IS VERY DANGEROUS WHEN THERE ARE YOUNG KIDS RUNNING THROUGH THE BREAKFAST AREA WHILE PEOPLE ARE EATING OR CARRYING HOT CUPS AND PLATES OF FOOD - MAY I SUGGEST THAT A SEPERATE AREA IS PUT ASIDE FOR PARENTS WHO ARE HAPPY TO LET THEIR KIDS RUN RIOT WITH NO CONCERN FOR OTHER PEOPLES COMFORT ( and yes we have children of our own) - IF IT WASNT FOR T QUICK THINKING STAFF ONE CHILD WOULD HAVE DROWNED WHILE RACING AROUND THE LAGOON PART OF THE BREAKFAST AREA.

Review 120：Burasari had a great atmosphere from the moment we walked in. The pool areas are gorgeous and could spend all day lazing around them. Breakfast was fresh and catered a wide range of dishes. Location was perfect. Would never book else where sonce staying at burasari.
