Review 1：Recently upgraded, our room was exceptionally quiet, clean and comfortable. The large heated indoor pool was an added bonus in the middle if winter. Breakfast was excellent although the temporary dining area was a bit small, but this was due to renovations. We only stayed for 2 nights in Seattle to visit the Boeing factory as well spending a day sight seeing in the city. Easy access to these on the motorway - hotel parking free and plentiful.

Review 4：The air conditioner were not in good function. It was too cold in the room in winter.

Review 5：The staff are cordial and enthusiastic. The apple and the breakfast are cute. Quick check-in and check-out.

The complimentary bottles of water for members is such a welcome amenity after traveling for hours. We are never disappointed with the continental breakfast and the hotel restaurant is great, too.

Secondly, we ordered a wake up call because we needed to be at the airport early. They never made the call - very bad customer service for an essential item. Review 99：Khit was awesome. She checked us in early and I got a late check out since my flight left later. They have 24 hr shuttle service to the airport. They star their breakfast at 5 and if you are leaving earlier they have a bagged breakfast you can take. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. It is close to the airport. There are a lot of amenities to access.

Review 100：We have to leave earlier so try to pack a box of breakfast but there were no body can help, not even the front desk people, there were no one in the serving area. We waited 20 minutes and still no one come . We have to leave w/o breakfast.

Review 115：We had a great stay at the Best Western Airport Executel. My wife and I first arrived at the hotel at the same time as an entire bus full of guests. I thought it was going to take us a long time to check in, but thankfully those guests had been their rooms in advance. The man behind the desk was very friendly and helpful and checked us in efficiently. Our room smelled like smoke when we entered. I called the front desk, and the same man apologized, and immediately offered to move us to another room without having to ask. He even suggested that we leave our luggage in the first room, and he would give us another room close by, so we could easily move our luggage after getting the key. The new room was two doors down, so this was true. We had a king room with a patio that went out onto the outside courtyard. They have a very nice pool that is also in the courtyard. Our room had a nice desk and chair, a refrigerator, a living room type chair, and a comfortable bed. Everything was clean and well kept.

Review 116：The only negative was that on Sunday the Cafe/restaurant was closed, but we were able to order and have delivered from the local Pizza Hut!
